Samarai Champloo Manga Disscussion

It will be released by Tokyopop, and the release date will be November 8th for the first volume....So....has anyone here read it(The scanlations I mean)? I mean I only seen a few raw scans and one of the covers.....

It's official guys. Tokyopop is publishing the Samurai Champloo manga. From what I see there are only two volumes and the first one isn't coming out till December...so this thread is a bit early. But I figured we could...discuss anyways ^__^

Mugen looks a little different if you look at the cover (Or maybe it's just too small to be able to tell...)...but Jin and Fuu seem pretty much dead on to me.

I've heard of these and they do look interesting. I don't know why there's only two volumes, or if the manga or show came first in Japan, but I'll pick them up when they come out.

Huh? the Samurai Champloo manga is only two vols or is this just Tokyo Pop being slow as hell like they are most of the time.

No...It's really only 2 volumes...It seems that manga that is based on an anime is usualy shorter then ones that have been out before the Anime ever came into being most of the time.....
