Although i love the EVAs...they are comparably weak in this poll so i would have to go with Wing Gundam Zero

Why the hell did I vote for Godzilla? I still think Stewie from Family Guy could whip up something really quick and take them all out! Who's with me!!!!

EVA unit 01 would win. While it doesn't have any HUGE beam sabers or MASSIVE beam rifles like the Gundams, or any missles like Big O, it's AT field would prevent it from being touched by any of the other weaponry.

If you've seen any of Evangelion, you'll notice that conventional weapons don't work against AT fields. The only drawback to using 01 or any of the EVAs (other than 5-13) would be the need for a plug in source.

Anyhow, the only way to get through an AT field is to neutralize it with another AT field. So, Unit 01 would be the victor due to the fact that regualr weaponry would be useless against it.

I just have a feeling that Godzilla would win, though I'm probably wrong

ehhh...its not that fair to chalenge a gundam with big o...i mean....thise gnudams defy the laws of physics and big 0/duo....well....they dont nearly as much.....si id have to say..

But you are also dealing with an unstable pilot....one who can't control his emotions so well and easily could lose sync with his EVA

Like it or not, godzilla always wins, even if he should not, he always gets beat down, then comes back for no reason with more power than he had when he started, talk about not following the laws of physics.(besides flaunting the cube/squared law)

Sure an EVA's AT field can block most attacks, but all you have to do is cut the cord and wait till it runs out of power.

The order goes as this... Astro Boy, the Big O, and Unit 01.

EVA Unit 01 would only stand a chance if we're talking about after it got it's own internal power source from consuming an S2 engine.

For me, coolness is the biggest factor. THE GREAT POWER OF BIG DUO!

The evas are cheap, and so are the gundams... Both defy ALL LOGIC and REASONING!

Godzilla and King Kong would kill each other while Wing Zero and Epyon blow each other up, and the other various Gundams would do the same to each other, then Duo yould take to the air while Big O broke the cords for the EVA's then seeing as this would have to take place in a location in a uiverse alternate to all of these exisatances, tehre would be no domes, and therefore Duo would beat O and anythign else.

I have to agree, assuming that (as was mentioned) Eva Unit 01 has already consumed the S^2 core.

Then again, even if the Plugs are cut, the Evas can still run for a short period of time (I think approximately three minutes or so), and I doubt either Eva would need much more than that to finish off whichever opponents were left. Granted, at the end either Eva would also shut down, but all the other enemies will have been either disabled or destroyed, so it wouldn't matter at that point...

However, it is important to note that we can't really make an accurate decision on this poll, since any mecha/creature can actually win the fight, since we need to take into account that several battles will be taking place at any given time...and it is these smaller match-ups that will determinie the winner.

To provide an example, the two Evas can go at each other from the start. They would be able to harm each other since each Eva is equipped with an AT field. Whichever Eva survives that battle will definitely be weakened, which would be a great deterrent to its ability to win.

On the other hand, the two Evas can go after the (Wing universe) Gundams from the get-go in an effort to quickly knock them out (since I believe one of them are likely to win if the Evas don't due to superior strength, speed, agility, and the ZERO system). If they can manage that, the rest of the opponents will be easy pickings...

After all, if we were to pit the Big O against an Evangelion, do you really think Big O would be able to act fast enough to disable the plug? It's too slow...

I honestly don't think the Evas are "cheap," because you have to take into account the context of the mechas. In order for Evangelion, as a show, to work, the Evangelions would need to be equipped with AT fields to stand a chance against the Angels...they were not designed for such a massive battle. So if the Evas weren't equipped with AT fields, then they wouldn't stand a chance against the Angels, and they wouldn't have any purpose.

Besides, the Evas don't have any elaborate weapons...combat knives and basic beam rifles. Not the most formidable weapons.

Finally, (with the exception of Eva 01 after consuming the S^2 core and the mass-produced Evas) the Evas actually run on a power source! (While we're left in the dark for what powers the other mechas). What's more, this power source can actually be disabled...

I'd say that's a fine trade-off...restricted movement (due to the plug) and power (since if the plug is detached, they have a limited amount of time to act before shutting down) for invulnerability against conventional weapons (since they couldn't combat the Angels any other way).

They all have advantages, but Godzilla is teh win. He has endurance, strength, and persistance. Just when you think he's taken out, he'll be back, in your face with his giant monster attitude. Thousands of fleeing Japanese can't be wrong.
