I don't think Big O's expanding field generator qualifies as a conventional weapon, and it specifically deflects energy attacks at the same time. Convenient, that...

Godzilla would win because he has radioactive breath, and already beat a Giant Robot (Mecha Godzilla)
Unless Big-O Used final stage... Then it might be harder for Godzilla

There is but one truth...
History shows again and again
How nature points up the folly of men
And when a Big has a dozen movies made about it, and a Blue Oyster Cult song, I'll change my vote...
Oh no, they say he's got to go go go Godzilla
Oh no, there goes Tokyo go go Godzilla
....of course, a dozen movies about 3 Bigs repeatidly destroying Tokyo could be very, very cool! Much more a Blue Oyster Cult song about a Big...

Probably Godzilla. That guys redicouly tough, and seeming immortal. He's dead what, two times?
As for Godzilla defying the laws of physics, I'm not sure so sure. At least, the old Godzilla was more realistic than that American one.
If a creature is 50m\80m\100m, weighs 22\55\66 thousand tons, and is able to walk, jump and fight, then the structure has to be unbelievably strong. So strong, in fact, that the force of any conventional weapon would be for naught. Funny how that works.
Now given that the American Godzilla was roughly the same size and weight, it was also *much* more agile, so the stress on it's frame would have to be greater. Yet, it's actually more fragile, since it was killed by misslles in the end.
So in summary: Godzilla would have to be nigh-invulnerable, or else he'd collapse into a puddle of his own gore.
