Volt,
Quality of image is good. The animation is pretty cool, and also smooth as well. It's a bit small, but that's most likely from the animation part. Other than that, it's just text, and it's a pretty good sig. I give it a 8/10
Grunger Kittie Version 1,
Quality of image is pretty good. The only problem with this sig is that the background kind of distracts from what you want people to see.
Anyway, it's a pretty good sig overall. I give it a 8.5/10

Green_Bird, first off, love the old Vincent banner. Really captures the mood of the season. It's well laid out and beautiful, although it could stand to have a little more contrast in there.
I'm not so keen on the Alucard banner. It's a good picture of him, creepy, kinky and just the touch bit sexy, but the contrast between the manga black background and the solid black makes the banner look unprofessional and thrown together.
I love the little squirrel costum banner. It's uber-cute, the few colors are used to good effect and they're not too light or too dark or too dull. They're just about perfect. I also love that little box he's in. The only thing off about it is the, uh, I guess, orderliness of the word 'Halloween'. But getting letters like that to line up properly can be tricky, and I only really noticed it when I looked for any problems.
Comparing the Vincent and Squirrel banners is a bit of a moot point. They have entirely different feels to them. I've a bit partial to the squirrel banner because it's so cute ^_^

I was planning to have 10 reasons to love Farscape in the 10 days before the Farscape mini-series, but as lazy as I am I don't know if I can make that many banners in such a short time

Quality of image is good. Lagato looks grainy, and is a little low on quality. The quote is nice, as is the text, but can be a little hard to read. Also, I think the height is over the max limit. Overall, it's good. I give it a 8/10
