First: You can't set it as an image because it doesn't end with an image file (for example: .BMP, .GIF, .JPG, .JPEG, etc.)

If you're going to post in this thread so others can rate your banner, the least you can do is rate the person's banner who posted before you! Of course, then it wouldn't apply, but too often have I seen people not rate someone's avatar or banner and still fail to post a rating. Though if you have rated that person's banner (or avatar, if in the avatar thread), you could make the effort to perhaps post a rating for the person who came two posts before you did...

Or, wait until someone whose banner you haven't rated. After all, being the Rate the Banner thread, and not the Get Your Banner Rated thread, you should be able to rate the person's banner, since you should only be posting when you can make a rating for someone's banner, regardless of their post order.

Now, this shouldn't be abused...for example, rating someone's banner back from page one of the thread. Since this is a Rate The Banner thread, one should be posting ratings, not a request to get rated (though that can be secondary...for example, it'd be okay to post a few banners to be rated, but only if you've also rated in your post).

FP: I like it. It seems like in addition to making it negative colors, you also changed the interior of the birdy shape. The red Phoenix was fiery hot, this one is icy cold.
