Rate The Banner/Signature

Fine. You get an 8/10, as what's on it isn't really my cup of tea.

Plus, tub ring sounds too close to... a certain nasty image.

Number one...

The white background is blinding on.. pretty much all of the available styles except MAYBE Paradigm normal, but that's really pushing it. Take a -1.

The orange text seems to be... smushed vertically, shall we say? It just doesn't look good. Take another -1.

Number two...

If that's supposed to be skin of some kind, I question why her left foot looks suspiciously like a flesh-colored boot, yet her right foot shows something like curling a toe. -1 for inconsistency, -.75 for looking strange either way.

Number three....

I question the head shape. It seems to be ovular to the point of looking freakish. Take another -1.

Actually, the artist rendered her feet to be toe-less, though giving her sole a bit of a curve. I, for one, like it. However, art is very subjective and it's up to the artist to render their subject anyway they desire.

I was really hoping that the rules wouldn't have to be posted every page or so and the members here would take it upon themselves to act accordingly, but that just doesn't seem to be happening...... at all.

Everyone needs to re-read the Guidelines for the "rate the ____" threads.

Dr. Gonzo, hmm, I've no clue what "Tub Ring" is, but I assume it's a band of some sort.

Maybe add a small black line boarder around it, just to "separate" it from the forum?

Either way, I like the colors in it, and you've got someone in mid-air , so................................. 10/10.



KH2 logo is from the site, I just recorded it, and found the "loop point", much easier then ripping the content from the site. Made it "level" with the group image. Might work on a transparent background, but that will take sometime.


KH2 group image is a transparent PNG, and not all browsers (IE... can't think of others) don't support transparent PNG's, so your missing out.

I wasn't going to make this a gif, because it'd lose too much detail, and the fading affect around the characters.

I really, really like yours. Nice and clear, great subject! 10 of 10.

It's only amusing if you realize that Darktek's my avatar's fictional origin megacorporation- and they specialize in profiting off other people's, ah, short-sightedness. <_< And the history behind all that is... extensive, as well as mostly not yet open to public critique.
