I just reloaded the page to make sure...and was editing at the time of your post. I SERIOUSLY THOUGHT I SAW IT AS PART OF HER SIG!!

BigOZ: I think you missed the point. She doesn't have both signatures all the time. The b&w one is what she had up until today. The color one is one she had before. She was mearly asking our opinion about the B&W one.

As for yours: It's very clear, it points us to all the right places. Great little quote you have there. It's not too big. 8/10

There is a lot of white. Too much white, if you ask me. It really is a distraction from the rest of the banner.

Otherwise, clarity is good. But, once again, that white is just too much distracting, empty space.

It's just about personal preference, not anything else. I prefer short and sweet sigs. I'm used to making sigs on a pixel real-estate and file size budget. So I work within that margin. Nothing personal, it's just a preference, really.
