Au, contraire. I've always had the feeling that Roger was incomplete without Dorothy. He was going through the motions of being a rich playboy, but he wasn't very good at it. He'd lost contact with his old Military Police friends (like Dastun) and hadn't made any new ones. He was only truly alive with Big O.
Once Dorothy arrived, it's as if Roger came to life and was no longer just a Megadeus accessory. This has been discussed in a number of threads. Thus, presenting Dorothy as The Creator, and portraying her in her Smith Manor garb, are both appropriate.
Portraying this as Roger's PAST is a nice touch. It seems
right to mess with our minds that way. Very much in keeping with the show.
Besides, it's funny! Angel as a whiny sitcom-style spouse. Who'd have thunk it?

Actually, I like both of them. One minor crit: Roger's arm looks a bit wonky in his poster.

And then suddenly the next thing before you knew I just had to have angel in there and then the watch and then the megadus and then etc etc.... so thus this is now the finial sketch of it.
*note there were over 7 different changes to get from there to here
