I saw this recently and I love it. Makes me feel like going out and having my own adventure. My favorite story is when the main character told his daughter-in- law about his wedding. Anyone else seen it? Because if you haven't you should!

Tim Burton should of have won an oscar for this one too.

yes i have seen it too, i like it much ! Ewan Mc Gregor's character suits him perfectly. and the story is very unexpected.
i haven't liked Tim Burton's Planet of apes much and i was glad to see that with Big Fish he was back on tracks, at his best i think ^^

I loved this movie.

It is one of the very few, hell the only one, that pushed me near tears at the end. It reminded me of someone dear to my hear though. So don't go off and say someting about me being weak or stuff like that.... I didn't cry though!

But I loved the way it was done. This is one of my all time favorite movies.

This movie was so cool! it deserved all those awards/nominations because it was so good. I thought it was really creative and i would love to see it again.

Everything about Big Fish was just beautiful. The VISUALS were stunning (bright bursts of color virtually everywhere), as well as the over the top characterizations and the well executed storyline. I can seriously watch this movie over and over again and not tire of it. The casting was excellent (Danny Devito was PERFECT!) - the characters flowed through the film together smoothly.

Also, it probably doesn't hurt that Ewan McGregor stars in it as well Drooling

Heh. I know I'm gonna get flamed for this but...
I hated it. It was a complete waste of my time. If I wanted stupid fairy tale crap, I'd go read Rapunzel or something. At least that makes sense. I don't know what was so good about it. It was sooo boring. I thought it was gonna be some deep sea battle between a giant fish and a serpent or something, but damn, instead we here about how he meets a giant and marries some person? Bleh.
P.S.: Anyone else think it was idiotic when he was in bed because he was growing so fast, and he was reading the encyclopeida? He says, "I was just about to the entry for 'gigantification' when I came to the entry for 'goldfish'." Gigantification comes before goldfish, dumbass!
Overall: I give it a troll and ugly siamese twin out of ten. And a troll and ugly siamese twin both count as -6 because they're horrendously ugly and boring.
