The Fourth Big?

From reading it, i dont think that becasue is it called the fourth makes it the fourth Big. Im not sure how to explain that but it is possible that it is just there as a randome enenmy like the Bigs form R.D> episode. They were just random enemies. that owudl also make sense since it only appears for a brief moment.
