Your Dreams

I believe only 2 dreams stand out with immense clarity. One involves some sort of dreamy love plot, and the other is just plain strange. it involves me wandering about my school, with Agent-like(think matrix) people in groups. The thing was SUPERBRIGHTLY LIT. like DS Backlight lit. Then I walk into this certain open area, and I see this one chick with some other people. She then says "We're all undead here. Wanna be a vampire too?" and I look at here weird(3rd person point of view right here). I said "My ass you are, but go ahead and try."
At this point, I lose control of my body and she comes over and bites me. I feel a strange sensation on my neck and realize its 5 Am. I am paranoid the rest of the day, but forget around 5th period and go on with my life.

i hear this one is pretty common.

Last week I dreamt that my tooth fell. I could feel it fall off, and I could feel my tongue in the empty space. It felt so real. When I woke up I had to make sure my tooth was still there (It was ).

Yeah, those are common. I have those from time to time too, though they're usually a lot more nightmarish than just having one fall.

They say they're really about money...

The other night I had a rahter intersting dream sorry if this bothers anyone. Apparently Tony and I were comming back to our apartement and some people a few doors over were having a party and they were seriously drunk pulled out bats and started bashing up their car. But at the same time while enjoying beating up their car they were scream "Ah no!! Aww man its ruined." So Tony and I went over and asked them if they needed help. Well these people two guys and two girls decided to throw beer bottles and stuff at us so we decided to just leave.

Well later that night we were alseep and I started hearing the bushes move so I woke Tony up but we could not see anything and he told me to go back to sleep. A few mintues later and after hearing the sound of glass smashing I woke up and apparently those 4 party people had busted into our house and were trashing the place! The had bashed all the windows opened, the tv, computres the grill everything they could get thier hands on.

Tony and I decide to take action and beat the tar out of the inturders. Tony was beating up the guys from Penn State? (We currently live in Oregon??) and I was beating up these two girls in extremly short plaid skirts. I remeberd that blonde had long pig tails and I grabbed her by them and swung her into the wall a few times bashing her head in etc etc... this burnet or borwnish hair girl who had a twitching eye I kept ramming her head into the refigratior over and over again. Finially the intruders left or well...

I think they died but it was defently quite a interesting scene....

My dream last night was undoubtedly inspired by too much Futurama. My friend and I were working for some large company. She came to me in tears one day, saying that she owed the cafeteria $16,500 and they were going to put her in jail. I figured out that Bender had messed with the computer so that every time she bought something from the cafeteria, she was charged 10x. I confronted him and told him he'd better correct it, or I'd report him.

Well, he got me instead, and my friend and I both went to jail. Jail was not fun. Just the phrase "communal showers" should be enough to put one off jail.

After I got out, I went to work at a McDonald's, where the owner was putting barbeque sauce on everything -- burgers, steaks, pork "ribs." Inside the restaurant, it smelled great, and people were buying food like there's no tomorrow. I realized it was the smell that was doing it, so I built a warming box that exhausted outside, so the whole block smelled like a barbeque.

Pygmalion

I had a dream I got raped by an ex-boyfriend.

Whats it mean?

well, the thing is: nobody really knows what dreams are there for, or whatnot. Freud said the dreams held things of blah blah blah (i disagree with him). but nowadays, people think dreams are the images, and scenes created when the subconcious brain does a whole filing and cleaning job. The most recurrent types of dreams are: nightmares. So, scientifically, dreams don't really do much, so pretty much ignore them. If you feel that they have a deeper, spiritual meaning, maybe you should contact a specialist on that matter, but otherwise, it's best you ignore nightmares, since they don't really mean anything...

I can't really recall my last two dreams in detail, but I figured out they had to do with my crushing procrastination involving driving.

Both involved immobility to some degree, one a car. So..yeah, I think my brain is telling me to shut up and get moving.

(And the procrastination isn't JUST limited to that, believe me.)

Yeah, maybe it is a good idea to shutup and get moving... hahaha, jk eh, that is quite a strange dream, seeing how my past dreams are so boring, i practically bore myself awake.

I had a "daydream" today. I fell asleep in Spanish and dreamed something involving me talking with cole about the Sexy beast pictures(yesterdays irc chat). twas strange.

that chat was hilarious. there were so many renditions of that "sexy beast" picture, with almasy and (you guessed it) paris hilton.

I looked it up, and it came to two conclusions: 1) you're insecure about some detail(s) of yourself, and 2) you're lying and it's gonna bite you in the ass soon. hmmm, I go for the former.

When you were all little when you saw a scary movie and for some strange reason do ya dream about the movie and you are in it?

nah, usually the movie's chief monster/antagonist is out to get me or is in the same room as i am sleeping in, poised to strike, or hiding, ready to strike or any variation of that. and when i close my eyes and open them, sometimes they appear like RIGHT THERE for a split second and i practically sweat like a hog, eventually i get really really tired and just drop down tired and sleepy.

My dream owns extensively. It even owned me.

Background information: Me and my friends in our AP U.S. History Class created a communal organization we call the Black Hole (mainly due to our lack of knowledge). We cheat and stuff like that. That's why we're communal.

Well my dream was about Dracula versus the Black Hole. The Dream started out as we were traveling to Europe. When we arrived, we stayed in a hospital where we just walked around for a little bit. Then we went out side into a courtyard, and lo and behold! Dracula was flying down onto the roof of the building across the courtyard. He swooped down and killed 3 of my friends from the Black Hole, and we ran back inside. Dracula came into the hospital and killed the remainder of my Black Hole friends. My memory gets hazy here, because this dream about a month ago. I remember going to a dirty industrial-looking scientific test chamber, with rusty blue tile and a metal examination bed in the center. There were video cameras taping different hallways. Under an overhang in the corner, there was a huge puddle of blood, and blood splattered on the wall. I looked at it through the video camera (which oddly had a Seppia tone) and saw that kids from my school band had been killed by Dracula. I raced back to the hospital and found none other than Samuel L. Jackson in my hospital room. He told me the only way to kill Dracula was to shove a spike into his spine. He pulled the spike out of a piece of bread and we left the room.

I woke up after that.

Samuel L. Jackson is just so badass, your dreams couldnt handle reproducing his ass kicking of dracula. I wish I had dreams like that....

Oh. In response to fujiko a few posts up...I once had a dream where all my teeth got cracked and fell out in pieces. mortifyingly painful.

Last night (well, this morning, actually) I had this dream that me and my grandmother were hiding in the basement from a tornado that I thought was coming. There were these really dark clouds in the distance that scared the crap out of me-- just looking at them was almost cripplingly frightening. But I realized then that the really dark ones seemed to be moving away from where we were, so I felt I could relax...

And then I looked out the window sometime after that long enough to discern that the wind had apparently changed and that all the clouds were coming back towards me. At this point I "knew" I was alone in my house, except for maybe my cat. I bolted upstairs to the second floor for some reason (think I was looking for something) without looking out the windows because I knew the sight of the clouds would scare me into not being able to move. I got up to my room and couldn't avoid looking out the back window, and everything was this eerie orange color outside, like right before a tornado (or was that green?). A second later it went almost white out there, and I let out this HORRIBLE SCREAM and barrelled out of the room... and then I woke up.

It was kind of disturbing.

Scary dream there did you get that kind of tingle like someone is reaching for your spine?

The dreams I can remember are odd. One was I was looking at my leg and I saw that there was a splinter in it. I tryed to pull it out but couldn't so I got my knife. Part of it poped out the top of my skin. I pulled it out and it was a key, like a house key. WTF?

I had a dream eariler that a new memever came to the forums here, its user name was "Big Mango" so you knoe like no big deal then it kept posting all of these really really random things like "I will kill Beth" or "I know where Beth's family is and will go kill them." or for some reason it kept posting this random jingle:

"Beth, Beth when your on meth I'll catch you all. All will fall and die oh my! Beth, Beth..."

I was like uhh wtf and reported it to all the moderatiors and stuff so they like banned the person and warned them but they kept comming back even though by their avatar it had over 20 warning X's. It was really random. Especially since they started to say that I am always the one who hurt him the most...??
