I've been accused of being too nice MANY times. For some odd reason, and I know this is gonna get me into trouble, most girls (note the term I used - girls, not mature women) like guys that basically treat either them like crap or many around them. Women who don't like these type of guys are few and far between.

Don't get discouraged, my friend. I was where you are now for many years. As much as I hate to admit it, patience pays off. You'll find such a woman eventually. Smile

Well, I understand a little bit about your situation, since I was in the IRC chat the other day. Don't take this the wrong way, cause it might sound kind of mean, but if I were you I would try to keep the whole situation off of the forum. I know you might be frustrated at the moment and looking for advice, but I think it would definitely be best for everyone involved if everything was done privately off of PCF. Hope that helps. Oh Well

Mine is the complete opposite. Freshman year at school, some girl asked me "What's a senior doing in a freshman class?", to which I responded "Thank you ma'm. I know I am big, but not that big!" Tongue

Actually, I get carded for 18 and up things some times and I'm 23. I guess I just don't act my age or something... BAH!!!

spoiler (highlight to read):
Speaking of acting my age, I just got off a job interview and Part One of my SUPER-DUPER BUSY 2 WEEK EXTRAVAGANZA. I have a Finance quiz today I should be studying for, but I'm at the point where I couldn't give a d@mn about school so I think I'm just going to mess around on the 'Net some more. Each quiz is only 1% of the final grade in that class anyway...

Besides, I have to write a major portion of the Feasibility Report AND prepare a PowerPoint presentation tonight and Saturday night... I'm coming to school on a Saturday night!!! I deserve a little down time!

[/justification]

how important is that class?, if its a college course, most likely you could just cut it, than learn the material or whatnot. live a little! if its interesting and you like it, go for it!

As for my confession of the day...

spoiler (highlight to read):
After Japanese class yesterday, I had the opportunity to have some idle chat and flirt with my best friend, who is also my crush. As much as I want to express my feelings to her, I cannot do so because her family and religion are against teenage romantic relationships with pre-maritial intercourse running amok and some other friends have told me to stay away from her because her ideals for her future. Though she has nothing to fear from me, seeing as I don't believe in pre-maritial sex, I have no choice but to leave it be.

In the duration of our chat, I ascertained something. We, I and my three friends from class including her, have all been talking about travelling to Japan next year. However, when we go, she is not coming back to America and, instead, is going to remain in Hiroshima, Japan, to complete her goal of becoming a missionary.

My heart began to sink. The confession of this is that I love her; I really do. She has a wicked sense of humor, brutal honesty, she's very intelligent, and she has been a great friend. This isn't a plea for advice; there are lots more fish in the sea and I'm just a love struck boy who fails to realize such now, but I really do not want to loose her.
Lyinginbedmon 03-25-2005 11:40 AM
DO NOT LET HER STAY IN HIROSHIMA!!

She will not last a week in Hiroshima, it is no place for a teenage girl to stay alone!

I share that ailment too. I am a freshman, am supposed to be a freshman, and am 14. People think I'm 16 or 17. But its alright since most of the other freshman have failed like twice. Why are people in Houston such dolts?

To LIBM:
Do not kill yourself. Then I wouldnt be able to finish reading your fic and thus would have to kill myself to get to you to know the conclusion.

Yeah some parents can be strict with EVERY guy, even if they're guaranteed that they're daughter will be treated with the utmost respect and kindness. I've been there.
On another part, if she has to stay there most of her life, then you're gonna have to let go. I'm glad you're at least being a bit realistic about it, and that you realize there are others waiting for your affection. No one is exactly alike, but if she has all those qualities you mention, then you can be assured someone will come just as close.

I'm horribly afraid of my future.
My grades on high school are JUST 2.0 and not acceptable to society, I'm not going to college. The job I have at the church will pay for school lunches, supplies, and the rest, there is no 'the rest.'
All the promises of benefits I have wont help me immediately. For example, the promise of when Grandpa and Grandma Weathers (moms side) die, I get EVERYTHING! Everything from property to paperclips. That however, wont help me until they die, and when they DO die, I'll be too sad and depressed to be happy. I could sell the inheritances and rent a house, buy if I could. Another promise is that when mother dies, I also get everything. (Wait...and her brother too. Wow I'm in alot of wills!)
I dont want any of these people to die any time soon, and they wont I'm sure (at least not mother) but Drazil wishes they would cause I'll be out of high school next year.

I have no where to move too. Dad says when I graduate, he's gonna buy me a condo in the city to live in. My stepmother says f*** that, she wants nothing to do with me, I'm on my own, and my dad is usually overruled by stepmother.

I'm scared.

Looking for a job sucks!

But that's what I've been doing this last month. My current job is freelance and there hasn't been work at all for awhile. So I've been looking and sending my resume out. Typically job search. Haven't heard a thing. But I'm getting rather bored. Need work-type stuff to keep me occupied.

spoiler (highlight to read):
And also, working sucks, to be honest. Although there is that boredom factor again. Heh. Oh well. Never happy. Tongue

Wow, so many problems, but i will try to help:

spoiler (highlight to read):

Avenir: go tell the girl you have a crush on about your feelings before she leaves (hopeufuly this isnt too late). dont be surprised when she has the same for you. i know there are a lot of fish in the sea, but only people who feel left out say that (its true, i'm sorry, w/e) go tell her, love is more powerful than parents or tradition. and there is always a way (i know that sounds cliche, but its true) omfg, you are quite lucky to be like this, seeing how i'm a freak'in leper in my school (not literally), reap the rewards before its too late. when she's 18, and older, she'll come back and find you, or vice versa, before she goes, tell her and w/e, because things tend to work out well. dont worry if you get nervous or w/e, just go for it, or else your gonna kick yourself forever for not doing so later on in life

spoiler (highlight to read):

Shaoblane: as long as you have a great personality, a passion for trade, or a hobby or for life, and the desire to learn, someone will see your potential and hire you, when you get hired, you will find out that this is the thing that you've always loved to do, and climb the career ladder to success. if not, than no matter what, things will be good: as long as your not weak-minded, mean, and stupid (which you probably aren't)

spoiler (highlight to read):

BabyGhia: have you tried Monster.com? that helps.

spoiler (highlight to read):

Dark-O: your hip, young, and have a trade, if you build it they will come.

spoiler (highlight to read):

Fujiko: woa, your mad tall!!! how can someone think your 12??? be happy, and look down on others. (literally)

*sorry, those are the only ones that hit my screen thingie.
