If someone swears to a point that people begin noticing, or if the swearing is done blatantly (i.e. just because it's not directly against the rules), we would consider that excessive. It's kind of hard to explain, but hopefully that clears things up a little.

Two of the words listed are actually censored. The other three aren't censored because they can be said on Adult Swim without being censored, and we try to keep the language around or below that level. And I don't consider the last one a swear word...
