Yeah that was my favorite part of hellsing, the idea of the anglican church having this like...special ops task force being led by someone who chainsmoked cigars and yelled periodically. Oh and their secret weapon is this undead creature who turns into a bunch of red eyes when they're angry.

Thats almost the best premise for any anime I've ever seen. Much better than robots or schoolchildren.
