After waiting for along time after I pre-ordered Fullmetal Alchemist Vol. 4 Fall of Ishbal It finally arrived in the mail today. I'm also, waiting to buy Trigun Vol.2 and Yu Yu Hakusho Vol.30 King Urameshi. but to angst I do not get paid for another week sadly

Got Magical Meow Meow Taruto vol 4 in the post today, and while i was down London i picked up Case Closed vol 2 and Fushigi Yugi vol 1 and 2 (UK printings) in a 3 for 2 offer @ Borders.

While on a trip to Best Buy to shop for a flat-panel television, I swung by the anime section and picked up the Mobile Suit Gundam 0083: Stardust Memory and Mobile Suit Gundam: The 08th MS Team DVD box sets. I finished 0083 tonight and will be starting on 08th MS Team this afternoon. Great buy at $34.99 each, if you ask me.

Pity we left shop without that television.... for now.

Ah, my first anime purchases in a while.

Today (and tomorrow too) is a tax holiday here in MA, which means no annoying sales tax. It's intended to be used for back to school stuff, I suppose, but I decided to go and buy some anime instead. I've been a good little otaku all summer and hadn't bought any thing. Unfortunately, the one time I do buy anything, I blow my entire paycheck on it. But I suppose it's worth it, and I can try to live on ramen alone for the next two weeks...

So here's the haul:

Got my Sailor Moon SuperS Volume 7 + box in the mail. It's a very pretty box, problemly the best so far.

Yay - just got my Wolf's Rain Vol. 2 Soundrack CD. It's got to of the most beautiful songs from the show:

"Heaven's Not Enough" sung by Steve Conte (It's that really inspirational, driving song they play during a couple of the episodes. The one I think of is when Kiba and the boys keep running after Cheza when she's captive in the airship, and she knows they're still following her.)

"Tell Me What the Rain Knows" - This is that short vocal song they play at the end of episode 22, I think - at Jagura's keep when everyone gets reunited. Beautiful.



I've been trying and tryng to find the soundtrack to Gundam 08th MS Team. But everywhere I look, it's out of stock.

Both from HMV. For some reason they put ADVs titles out a week early.

I got Excel Saga Vol. 2 and Magic Knight Rayearth Vol. 1 a few days ago. I'm really enjoying the Rayearth book; all I've seen of Rayearth is the Saturn game, so it's pretty cool to read the actual thing now.

Finally scrounged up some cash, so my brother and I chipped-in and pre-ordered the Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Advent Pieces ultimate edition set.

Bought Cyborg 009 manga volumes 1 & 2 today. Man, I really want to see the original series. ;___;
