I've been trying forever to find it....luckaly I found it used....now there's the little fact that I still have to find 5-12 now....then I can start getting the rest of Reload...even if I don't like the dub of that one.

Last night I looked everywhere for the Metropolis manga, but it's sold out everywhere. >.<

But I did find Dr. Slump, and my mom got it for me. I can't believe how damn funny and colorful it was! The characters, setting, the plots are all fun and creative. And Rinkya has emailed me saying my Cutie Honey boxset has been shipped! ^__^

Saturday I finally got my Cutie Honey boxset! Since we had to go to New York I didn't get to watch all if it til about midnight. ^^; I so happy I finally got it, when my stupid phone starts working again I'll post some pictures. I also got Cutie Honey Volume 1-2 (manga), and one of Go Nagai's old series, Dokoran Enma-kun. I also got Cutie Honey SEED, which was a total letdown. They took Cutie Honey, and put her in a Love Hina ripoff. What a dissapointment.

Here are some pictures I took with my phone. I'll try to take better ones tommorow. >.<

I stopped by Borders on my way home from work this evening and acquired volumes one and two of the Wolf's Rain manga, the volume one art box inclusive. Rather interesting television adaption with a few side chronicles thus far; I only wish it were more lengthy.

I will admit, I've been very proficient in abstaining from anime purchases; this last one was my first in over a two month period. My finances were in vile need of hiatus. Oh Well

Yesterday I picked up the Appleseed: The Movie DVD. It was $30 but on sale for $25, so I didn't have to dip into mr. ATM. Yay.

While passing by the ADV website on Memorial Day, I noticed they were having a massive sale - 50-75% off of some items.

I would have posted a note on these forums, but they were down. Oh well, hopefully next time.

I picked up the following at great prices:

Dai-Guard complete collection (can't wait to see this - saw the first few episodes on Toonami's Giant Robot Week a few years back and thought the premise was clever and hilarious - a broken down giant mecha that is mostly a publicity gimmick (and it's three minimum wage paid attendants) now has to fight against aliens to save Earth.)

Robotech: Macross collections 2 & 3 and Southern Cross/Masters collections 4 & 5 (my robotech collection is now complete! - not the fancy remastered versions, but oh well)

Rahxephon: the Movie (haven't seen the series yet, but it's on my must-see short list and this movie was at a great price; I'll have to save it until after I watch the series)

Spriggan Soundtrack CD - this is a cool movie - a mix of James Bond, Indiana Jones, and Mission Impossible. And the CD was dirt cheap - under $4 - great orchestral stuff.

Let me know how that is, I really liked the two episodes they showed and would like to know more about how and why they built the thing in the first place.
