Like I said, she claims to be 19, but her actual age is unknown. She was approximately the same in appearence when she did with Commander Amarao (the character in the show, not the member here) what she did with Naota, and Amarao's at least in his early thirties (Naota's 12). She's an alien, so for all we know she could be centuries old.
As for the Crossfire girls, I prefer Sister Yumiko Takagi to Sister Heinkel Wolfe. Yumiko's a nice girl when Yumie's not awake. I don't know if I could put up with Heinkel (besides, the crossdressing would get freaky).

She IS much more attractive in the manga, even though she essentially looks the same. She seems more comfortable with herself there than in the anime (where she seems to be trying to be a man to compete with the other Knights), and that gives her a sexier air. Not to mention that she's not constantly wearing her trademark green suit. Plus you just gotta love a woman who can interact with Alucard the way she does.
