She probably takes the food and holds it "somewhere", and then dumps it somewhere. She must "ingest" oil to function and survive, so there must be some internal system for Dorothy to "digest". And with turning food into energy, Dorothy couldn't do that with her size. The only way she could if she was super-expensively built, which although she seems to be, an organics to energy system in her chest, stomach, etc. would have to be extremely small and expensive. So she most likely holds the food and dumps it in the garbage or "excretes" it in the bathroom.
