Well, maybe not easier, but more fun. The proper nouns really steer the game in only one direction and it becomes predictable. Words that are less specific can lead the several different words making the game completely unpredictable and able to shift quickly from one subject to another in an erratic pattern. EX: fish - boat - oar - paddle - spank - rear - back - front - weather - rain - puddle, etc.
