That can't be right....he used it twice in "Enemy is another Big"...the time he misfired and the one he used on Big Duo's head once fallen. There should be much more than three.

The battle against Big Duo was quite charged, as well as the battle against Beck's Victory Deluxe, so I figure either of those could work.
In Act Two, what kind of breakfast does Roger make the old man (ex-scientist) in his cabin?
