What I want to know, is that if you get warned, can you ever go back, ie, get pardoned?

Yes, you can...people who have been warned were "pardoned" for good behavior.
All you have to do is be sure not to repeat your previous mistakes...for example, if you were warned for spamming, don't spam with subsequent posts. Granted, if you don't post at all you can't have your warning lifted (because then Krang and Shredder have no way of knowing whether the offender has "learned the error of his or her ways"), but by making meaningful posts you would be.
