Human Dorothy:
Since some people find this amusing, the time it took me to do this first draft was 52 minutes. Pencil Sketch, then Open Canvas. Second draft, approximately 15 minutes of fixing up. Paint Shop Pro. No reference used.

Dorothy in a Dire Situation:
Approximately 30 minutes total. Traditional medium scanned. No tricks, no frills. Sanford Design Ebony - Jet black, extra smooth (14420). Sanford Prismacolor Colorless Blender (PC1007). Staedtler pigment liner - Drawing and Writing, 0.1. This one comes with a message: STAY OFF THE WESTSIDE! Reference used.

Everyday life Dorothy
At first I was going to copy s-girl's painted style... but then I opted for a greater challenge (those of you who "Get it", put the reference in a /spoiler so you don't ruin it for those who don't). To get this specific texture I tried a ton of different things (and about 4 hours of color-picking among other other things!!!) - I created a base layer, used a paintbrush effect on it. Then painted OVER that so any area I didnt touch left a painted effect. Mix of Photoshop/Painter. Entirely on computer. Reference used.
