Man i completely forgot about this myself. I've been kinda off in the real world dealing with nonsense. But I'm all up for starting over sense I've completely forgot where I was going with Rampage.

So in my day, this thread was about The Big-Oh! RPG rather than MFL grudgewanking, which was formerly confined to the MFL.

And we used to tie an onion to our belts. That was the style at the time...

lol. I got that much out of it. =] I'm not incredibly stupid. Wait...lol. (Sorry, inside joke that none of you will get.) Anyway, back on the topic, since I don't want any of you (or me) warned at all, for a new RP, it won't be based on fighting. But I think a new story RP would be rather interesting. I don't know though, since all our really gifted writers (please don't take that the wrong way, you're all great writers, I just mean stryker, FP...etc.) seem to be MIA. Most likely due to the fact that they have a life other than Paradigm (not that I'm saying any of you don't! They just have a lot to do.)

And I don't see many online at all anymore here. =\ Just as an observation. But most of the older members have a lot of things to do (my schedule's pretty much filled for a long time) so it's understandable at the same time.

As for the fragile egos; pop 'em, their not worth it.

I don't know you at all, really and if I do, I don't talk to you anymore. But please, keep the name calling to a minimum or save it for junior high or high school or maybe even myspace (note the sarcasm in that part of the sentence), because we don't need the drama here. D= As well as the images. We aren't egocentric fifth graders (trust me, I know what egocentric fifth graders are, since I live with one). We're all relatively mature in certain senses (some more than others apparently), so keep your cool or save it for somewhere else.

Sorry to D, I just needed to say that. I'm not about to start any flame wars, so let's brain storm ideas for the new RP so someone can start it?

In retrospect, this thread hasn't gone a very good direction, has it? Let's try to keep the conversations nice.

Yah, if we were to start a new RP we'd need to either double up parts (one person w/ 2 characters) or recruit some other members. We're gonna need someone to lead with Roger Smith tho, since Stryker isn't around... once we have a Rog everything will force/fall itself into place.

I dunno how salvagable this is, but it's worth one more shot.

Well if you guys are starting over, I'd like to give it a shot with an original character of my own.

I'm going to try to stay off the topic from the MFL right now, since this isn't the MFL forums, this is the Big O RPG Planning Thread, and if you're smart, you'll do the same.

Stryker is online (aim) from time to time and I've talked to him about the RPG a bit. He says he needs to come back eventually, and he might, but he's been swamped with stuff lately (I won't go into details). But until he manages to make time or decides to come back on his own, a new Roger is needed. I, unfortunately, can't even dream to live up to Stryker's ability of writing, plus I haven't seen ALL of Big O just yet. It's unfortunate, but it's true, so I'm not even close to fitting the status quo for the main characters.

I have to see if I can nab Snake, too, so Julia isn't all alone like she is now (I'm so lost on his characters...). But anyway, I could try and start a new one that's more like this RPG now, since we've pretty much agreed this is kind of dead without some of the original writers.

Salvagable or not, I'm trying! *points finger in the air*

I never forgot. I'll try to refresh your memory sometime on the subject. It had to do with annoying a Big Fight.

I like this old one! But that's because I don't want to start my story all over again. Not after having done 8.5 chapters...8 of which have been read by a decent group of people. I applied to my memory where I was going exactly with my posts. Rampage was going to take his toy somewhere, and Snake was going to track Julia down, possibly with memories.

I never thought past that, because it never made it that far. I kinda remember the discussions Darkside and I had on the subject, but a few details are fuzzy.

*sigh* I don't want to make another character. I like using Snake in Paradigm. He is my most elaborate character, down to having 2 brothers and a sister...And, in Paradigm, Julia.

I'll be perfectly honest. This RPG was the first RPG I have ever done on the internet. And when I started, it showed. I learned a lot from Finale's game. Considering that this thread and the other related to it are where I first set my roots, so to speak, I really don't want to see it end.

Well, my dear, you wouldn't have to. =] I'd be up for playing Julia again, I'm just at a loss as to where to go with her. XD;;; For now, it's just a matter of finding writers.

I think we should just keep this thread as the planning thread when starting the new one, wouldn't everyone agree? Well, no, scratch that. A new one would be better so that one could edit the cast list. I can be online more now, (thanks to my wireless!) but that's no guarantee, considering I'm going to be loaded in the up and coming school year. *cough*Japan trip next year needs money*cough* So I'll post as much as possible though. =D

In the meantime, let's just focus on recruiting RPers.

I'd steal Shew into this, but he's never here on Paradigm, nor has he seen much of Big O.

I've only seen Season one and bits and pieces of season two. It was really confusing. 0_o;; So yeah.

Hehe...I just got back from my vacation to PR so I'm a little lost. But from what I've gathered is a new RP being planned...if anything I'm in.

Either that or we're trying to desperately revive this one. We may start a new one on the new forums, rather than start a new one here, when the forums are shutting down in the less-than-distant future. If you have any ideas on with them! n_n
