Hey, I have something put together. I wanted to know what you guys thought.

The doors flung open and a kid came in, running to the bar yelling Dale''s name, "Dale, DALE! Some drunk nut is getting into a fight with the hobo's in the alley!"

Dale looked at Snake, "That sounds like the guy."
Snake took a drink, emptying the glass, and looked up at Dale, "Damn, I guess I gotta do something about this. Where's Roger when you need him? Oh wait, I was told that this was someone I know."
Dale raised an eyebrow, "Great. That could be good, bad, or both."
Snake chuckled, "Yeah, you're right."

With that, Snake headed out the door to the alleyway. Sure enough, there was a fight going on....

"...OVER A LIVING CHICKEN?!?!? GREAT. JUST WHAT I NEED....HUH? RAMPAGE?!? YOU IDIOT!"

great. he's hammered. I have to save the day. snake thought. the hobo had Rampage backed in a corner, Rampage didn't even know it. apparently he didn't know how bad he reeked, either.

"Dammit."

the hobo started closing in on Rampage, "yoo want my chicky-cluck-cluck? I'll kill yoo!"

snake stepped up, "actually, I think not."

the hobo turned around, "whuh? whoo yoo?"
"the reaper. the mercenary of hell. a friend of a guy named Johnny C."

Snake charged at the hobo, digging his thumbs into the hobo's eyes and tearing open his skull. "HOW DARE YOU CORNER MY FRIEND, NO MATTER HOW HAMMERED HE IS!" Snake yelled as he ripped the brain out of the hobo's head and threw it against a brick wall.

"THAT should teach you to mess with my friends!"

damn, I'm not going to get any money out of this negotiation...

Sorry for the absence, but several things went all whacky for me at once, between computer probs, almost a solid week of stormy weather when I had free time - gotta love midwestern spring weather - and work exhausting me. I intend to make a full recovery within a month or so, and will try to keep involved in the meantime.

Evan, I just read your post and... WTF??

Not sure what to make of it, but I'll scratch my head and see what falls out, or... something. And Snake, forgot to mention but that was a nifty post.

Hopefully, Fallen Phoenix will be making some noise soon, I'm itching to see what we've all been waiting for. Hurry FP, we miss yuu!

Thanks Stryker. Too bad I can't take all of the credit. Darkside had a hand in the idea making.

I think it'd be great to get them BOTH going again. Rampage and Snake from the normal RPG were going to have a pretty interesting twist....I still have the conversation printout Darkside and I had about it.

I've got some time now, but life now has the chance to invade. I'm in charge of a lot more stuff at work now and I'm looking at a summer of programs. I also have some other stuff I have to do, but I'm certain I can make time for this!

The only problem I remember was:

The Big Oh! RPG: We were waiting on FP (DUDE, where is your stuff? You ready? Last time, my internet died....grrr).

The Big-WTF RPG: I found the last post cryptic at the time. I guess I should read it again.

Ok. I'll return to this. I should have a Big O marathon...

I'm also on Dial-up so I can't get on as often as I used to.

Cryptic? You having issues with my post? Any Jhonen Vasquez fan would find that hilarious....(that sounded kinda rude....sorry about that, but I'm not changing it just.....because I'm not sure how else to word it)

Dial-up....that's what I've got at home....I hate it. I like the school's connection more....either cable or T1...

Thanks for reminding us why the thread was temporarily shut down.....but why was it so important to wait for him? (Last I heard, "he didn't feel very sociable"...that's close to what he said in the MFL.)

I really am looking forward to the reopening of the Big-Oh RPG thread we really had an interesting story going.

Uhm... has the last post really been in May?? Gee whiz.

Well, storms hit again and wiped out my net access for a week again several weeks ago. I guess a tornado hit a big communications center because my phone was even out for 3 days! And work has been heck and then some - actually just REALLY early REALLY long days that are killing me. But this time, PROMISE, I intend to stay connected. Even if it's in my sleep.
