Evan has a post coming, and in the meantime I edited in a quaint scene in Roger's final post before going back to the mansion. There's a new guy in town.

Man, that was a killer one-two punch, you two! pen, you have to hurry up and work out what happens next! This is a great opening to the next stage of the RP! Dastun with his Union troubles and whatever the heck Amelia is going to do with Big Duo!

Rampage is finally finding out who Roger Smith is.
In my new post we get to see a more hellish side to Rampage as he identifies his target.

"Now you will see why they call me Rampage!"

I think I'm doing pretty good ith Rampage as a villain so far .

He takes out the trash, mwahaha!

I hate to say this, but should we wait to see what Fallen Phoenix has to post here before we do anything else? Or does anyone know what the situation is with it? I don't want to keep marching past him. With Norman off on his mission, I bet his post is supposed to happen in this afternoon, and I don't want to have him rewrite it again. We've all been waiting for about two weeks for this bombshell!

Maybe any other posts we do should be before 6pm RP time till we know what's up. I REALLY want to see this. pen1300 has let out that it's quite the eye opener, or at least leads to them. Big F, what's the story? FP, are you about ready for your present?

As a matter of fact, if it won't bother anyone, I'd like to call a complete halt to all in-character posts for today (until FP manages to post up his grand masterpiece).

I know that I'm not on all the time, but do you guys want me to lock the thread until then? FP can warn me ahead of time, or we will work something out to open it if I can't get on by that time.

Darkside: Since when was there a library in Paradigm? No offense, but there would be no library, and no computers. Alex Rosewater doesn't want that kind of information so eaily at hand (Big Finale?). Also, computers weren't in the show (when was one used? and Big O/androids really don't count).

A few words here and there aren't too bad. Some of us have used some really colorful language and all, but just in moderation. Let's remember this is a family... adult show..... well that made sense...

No, there wouldn't be computers.

If you were thinking of Snake, he was born before the Event. The place he's hiding out at has maintained some of what it used to have (like PC terminals, etc.).

hmm....yah let's wait for FP before we do anything else. He's got a lot to catch up on...well Norman does.....x_X whatever...

It's fine with me. I wasn't planning on anymore Angel posts until after FP's anyway. )


And yeah, the library/computer thing kind of threw me off.. go with the phonebook! So much simpler. Although I have to wonder if Roger would even let himself be listed in there (unless it's impossible for Paradigm citizens to NOT register themselves, which is entirely possible..). Hmm.

I think he probably is in the phonebook, since he wants to be accessible to the common man and all, and he receives visitors at the mansion routinely. I imagine half of Paradigm knows where he lives, it's just getting inside past the defenses if you're uninvited that's tough.

Deeeefinitely not the internet. They don't even have color TV, for cryin' out loud. Nope, megadei are most definitely the outlier in terms of technology here. As is usually the case in anime (settings that are relatively primitive compared to our own today but have giant high-tech robots that are ANCIENT TECHNOLOGY OMG. Remember, folks-- relics from the distant past are ALWAYS more advanced than what we've got in the present ).
