I didn't have much time to put one up, so I quickly ran the page through Amikai to translate it into Japanese, then edited the links so that they would work (I also changed a few other things like making the word "Manga" appear in Japanese instead of English). The page is back to normal now, but I'll be posting a news post soon with a link to the page for anyone who missed it.
Hmm, I had tested it in IE and Mozilla before I put it up, and it displayed in Japanese for both, so I'm not sure what went wrong...
Yep, I uploaded a separate index.html file to get Apache to use it instead of the usual index.php so that I didn't have to change any of the existing pages (and so people could easily get back to the English main page if they got confused).
