Unfortunately, Mapquest isn't entirely accurate with street addresses. Our home is actually half a mile north of the red star on
this search. (It used to be a couple miles away, so I suppose I shouldn't complain!)

Something interesting...me and a friend visited W. 72nd street...and once again, all building numbers from about 100 to 50 are missing. So there is no 92 on 72nd...it doesn't exist! We'll post pics later. We also took pictures of all the banks mentioned earlier, so you guys will know what we mean.
Neither me or my friend remember them mention it was on 72nd. Are you sure it is ON 72nd? Or just near there?

From Act 23, "Twisted Memories"
COP: Colonel Dastun! An armed group is carrying out an attack in the Illegal Residental Sector.
DASTUN: Where?
COP: Outside the domes. 72nd Street.
DASTUN: 72nd Street? That's Roger's place!
I tried the hypothesis that the front of Smith Mansion was on a cross-street, but unless numbering changed between our time and that of "Roger the Wanderer," a street address of 92 wouldn't be anywhere near 72nd Street.

Well, for real fun, you should dress in an old suit and come stomping into the place demanding to know who gave them permission to turn your home into a bank. |
lol only if i get to drop pamphlets and wear bandages!

ROFL I wish I was in NYC! But I'll never/ not for a few years get to go to America, my parents don't like it... I pretend I'm not intested but... Well... I'd still like to go. And one day, I shall! MUHAHAHA! Not that you really needed my life story...
Anyway, I'd love to do something like that *dreams about storming into a back demanding what happened to my home...*

Hey, I live here in America and prob'ly won't get to NYC any time in the discernable future! *sigh...* I tend to agree that while they used certain images and landmarks for the series, I doubt they actively tried to make it 100% dead on perfect. Remember, also: The bank where Roger made his home doesn't have to represent a place that is in New York rght now. Buildings get torn down and renovated all the time. Who's to say that a year or two before the Event, some flamboyant yahoo (cough, cough) didn't find a regular residential building and envision a landmark that would be glorious nod to the architecure of days past? Then, voila! One ACME Bank, run by Jason Beck. Or whoever he was P.E. (pre Event).
