can't tell where but one EP Dan Datsun said Roger lives on 72nd Street, Dark-0 and I went to both sides of Manhattan to found out which side it is on, it can't the east side because of the many Hospitals on that side (New York Hospital) we check the the West side and surprising we a found a bank just off W72 St and Broadway pics coming soon

Great sleuthing! I had visited East 72nd Street in February, and found two banks:
Chase, at 35 E. 72nd (between Fifth and Park Avenues):
and Citibank, at 171 E. 72nd (corner of Third Avenue):
As you can see, neither is an exact match. And neither agrees with the street address 92, which we see in "Roger the Negotiator."

Maybe on Monday I'll visit 92 East 72nd and take a pic...
But seriously, this is not something the creators thought through very hard.

I'm sure the crew at Sunrise would laugh themselves to tears if they knew to what lengths we were going to authenticate Paradigm.

Well, for real fun, you should dress in an old suit and come stomping into the place demanding to know who gave them permission to turn your home into a bank.

Can I wear an eye patch and drive a motorcycle?
This does bring up something funny. That would be good for like Candid Camera...if people knew what Big O was...(ie the bank tellers...)
But, even so. I think we may be overthinking this...I know it's fun, but some things are meant to be left as is.

Ok I work on 73rd and Broadway, the building you refered to as the "North Folk" bank building is 100% RESIDENTIAL and is not an "old style building, NOR does it resemble closely rogers home. The banks exterior is "too modern" and was renovated to have like a "high-definition" banking experience with flatscreen tvs and such.
A block north is Apple Banks victorian style bank built in the 1930's next to the Ansonia Building (built in 1900's & my place of buisiness), and better represents rogers home, hieght wise, width, even the exterior base and ROOF!. the only problem is rogers mansion is on a street corner with no intersection crossing like broadway does with amsterdamn ave.
If you guys like i can get a picture in the next 48 hrs of THAT apple bank building.
ps not too far from there, there is a building WITH A CLOCKTOWER above it.... similair to the one near rogers home.

I know the Apple Bank...I would never connect it with Roger's house...
I also saw a clocktower the other day around 13th St. I think. I told my friend with me that it looked like the one in the desert that we thought was Big Ben...
Also, here's a pic of the bank to help with the search(Thanks to Almasy for making the panoramic picture)

I went down to 72nd today and couldn't even find 92! I crossed Park Ave. and it went from 101 to 50-something!
Maybe they chose 92 so that nobody would find out their building is featured in Big O and sue them(People can sue for anything), since 92 doesn't seem to be there(Maybe I just missed it, but I didn't see anything close).
Here's a pic of where it would be:
