Indeed, I have seen now on youtube this moment where Roger enters inside the "garage" and then when he is "aspirated" by a pipe of the lift. The seat of his car raises, and then we see him inside the megadeus cockpit. I believed at this moment that the seat of his car was the seat of the megadeus. Yes, I've just seen this scene twice, so .... huh ?

look at the end, after the 7th minute of this show

1. At the first picture we see a hole on the roof of the "garage", where Roger is "aspirated" by the big pipe of the lift.
2. We see the raising seat of his car, as if it was a lift. But a question disturbs me : How long can be the post under the seat of the car ? Inside a car it is impossible to have such a long post which can reach the cockpit, even the knee of the megadeus. It is stange ....

I'm quite sure that it only went up to the roof of the car so that Roger could get into the pipe. The lift was probably one of these weird extend-y pipe things. There was probably some sort of ladder in the pipe, or maybe something Roger holds onto as he gets propelled up into the cockpit.

Our best bet is ladder. If you remember Act7 and the battle with the Sea Titan, there was a hatch Roger climbed out of to get into Big O's cockpit. This probably also leads to the hatch as well.

Also in act 6 at the end when R Dorothy uses Big O's lift to enter near the cockpit. There is a lift, and the anime shows it.

Maybe it has vacuum tube like at the bank.
