Tenchi finds out that he has an older sister who looks just like his mom. She used to help out his mom by impersonating her back in the day when he was a little Tenchilet. Jurai has supposedly chosen a bride for Tenchi, who happens to be Mihoshi's ex partner (you get to see her dad in action, btw. FINALLY!). Turns out she's not there to marry Tenchi, but to investigate the entire situation in the house and keep things under control, since there's a princess, a space pirate, a younger princess, the guardians, a mad scientist, a well-known galaxy police officer and a former Juraian king (or something) all living together under one roof. There is a new creature that is sort of made out of the mass (massu) that Ryo-Ohki is made out of. I forgot what it's called, but it can shape shift and is green. Yes, it did its impersonation of a green cabbit, which was awesome.

That strange creature with the green colouring is called 'Kyoko', and much like Ryo-Ohki is polymorphic, and is the alternate form of Noike's Jurain Life Tree, which is tiny by comparison to the others we see before at only 4 inches!

Believe me, it IS! Tenchi's sister is called Tennyo Masaki, and yes she is identical to her mother. His new fiancee is called Noike Sakadzu, and has more links to the other girls and Tenchi than a steel chain criss-crossing the Earth!

I agree with Negotiator_Roger_Smith, the third OVA does sound interesting. Though I'm still wondering how he got a sister....oh well it must be like his mom having two names (Kiyone and Achika)....Accualy...I don't know how that happend eather O_o .....

Tenchi's mother is officially called Kiyone, she was only ever called Achika in the movies and the Universe series, which don't follow the same timeline that Noike etc. are on. Tennyo, as far as I can tell, was born before Tenchi and that's about it, she's just identical to Kiyone is all

Tenchi Muyo! was the first anime series I seriously adored. Of course, being eleven at the time, I was part of the Pokemon furor when Tenchi Muyo! originally aired on Toonami in summer 2000. In the midst of the afoementioned, uprising trend, Tenchi really took me by storm with it's alternating of parodies and occasionally dark story. I would record as many episodes possible on cassette every afternoon and eventually I began recording the theme music with a tape recorder, along with many others.

Admittedly, I also had a, say, crush on Ryoko.

I wouldn't quite put it like that, but she is definitely an intriguing character. She's also the main influence behind Koryo in my fanfics

Thought you guys would like to know this, for the third OVA, everyone will be returning exsept for Petrea Burchard (Ryoko).
