Good evening, Ladies and Gentlemen. Since Piano Black has left our government and PCF, I have been asked to take the office of regency. As acting regent of POINTLESS, I have a few changes of policy I'd like to implement. First of all, any hostility towards any other member of PCF, including R. Jesse, will not be tolerated. Flaming others for the sake of flaming is not our policy.

Second, I am appointing Zola as our Negotiator and Ambassador to Vamont. Her negotiating skill will be crucial for maintaining peace with the other autonomous states within Paradigm City.

Third, I will be organizing a new cabinet to work with our glorious empress, Queen Lizard I and Prince R. Smith, to spread the influence of POINTLESS to the rest of the world. Our POINTLESSification will be critical for world domination.
