The custom rank is something you can ask for after you've been here for five months and made 1250 posts. It's explained here.

It doesn't say so on the list of changes, but it's been 4 months so I think I'm eligible for a name change again.

So, if it's possible, could I please have my name changed back to Sephiroth? If I'm still not eligible though, just forget that I even asked.
