Can you do something like that but with Sadako (Ringu, The Ring, Ring 0, Ring Virus, Ring Kazneban etc. etc.) for me?

It is a screencap and I don't have the programs in the tutorials (I have/use photoshop) so could someone make the following image a 100x100 pixal avatar for me please?
Croping the right side of the image to make the pic a square is okay and in a sence perfered in order to center the head in the middle of the final image. I am afraid if I try to do this myself any more than I already have I'll end up distorting it horribly. (Not just a guess, but proven fact. )

Here you go Wingnut, it isn't 100x100 (since that would distort it) but I think it looks ok at 100x78.



But you know you can have larger avatars though, since your a Forum Veteran.

I have a question...
Could anyone add a background to this picture? I'd do it myself but I don't have Photoshop...
I also am not sure exactly what parts I want to be in the avatar, the head and shoulders or just the head, and I might make a sig out of it, too.
