Don't know who the character is, but its a top noch avatar. 10\10

As a note my Avatar is from the cover to Nine Inch Nail's album "The Downward Spiral"

Damn! I searched over and over and I still can't find a bigger version of my avatar... KUSO!!

I found a bigger one and made this out of it. Thought you might be interested.

Yeah, when in that form the cuteness factor increases exponentaly, thus proportionally increaseing the feminity as well. The hair towel clinched the deal on the gender confusion though.
As for the avatar, 9/10.

6/10 for Lord Piano Black. I mean its crisp and visually appealing but...in my opinion avatars are supposed to have somewhat of a clear message rather than a pattern or matte of some sort. Creativity...it may have but...i dunno.
