TBDI- Love it. Love it to death. It's one of my favorite scenes, from one of my favorite series, from one of my favorite anime movies. 11/10. Also very good quality.

Yeah, the screencaps I used to make the image turned out grainy and the picture was too dark, so the editing I had to do made the images quality go down a lot. (especially the brightening)

Edit: This one's quality is horrible! But it's the best I could do with the images I had......

TheBigDuoInferno: Well, one of your best avatars yet!

The clarity is pretty good; it's not very blurry or grainy like many of your previous avatars. While it's one of the few (perhaps only) Zoid avatar on the forums, animated images have become so commonplace it's hard to really call them original. Granted, true originality is hard to come by period, so I can't really penalize so much on it.

The colors seem a little flat, but I suppose they do their job.

The animation isn't flawless, but it does loop well, the sharp pause at the end notwithstanding. The colors in the sky do move quite a bit during the animation, which further hinders the image. Finally, the image is quite small, though it is proportional...I can also understand that animated avatars can be quite large, and I'd rather see actual image size sacrificed fro image quality.

Overall, it's not a bad avatar; much better than your previous ones.

Originality: 7/10
Color: 7/10
Personality: 8/10
Stature: 7/10

My current avatar is a place holder until I come up with one to last the rest of the Summer...it was time to retire the Tom/Ginny one, I think. This was the product of me making liberal use of Paint Shop's artistic features like chroming...

This (Tolkien) should be my avatar for the remainder of the Summer, barring any unforseen events...
