Rate The Avatar

Ok, I got a new avatar because I am set to New mode on my outlook.


But first I guess I have to rate the one above me.


While I hate Sailor Moon (That's right, you heard me!) I cannot put that into consideration. The face is slightly off center which makes it so my attention isn't put right in the middle, which is good, and the sparkly things draws my attention and HOLDS IT!

You misunderstood me, I believe. I like your avatar. Having anything off center in art is the number one rule, as things right in the center draw attention away from the rest.
