Silv3rKnigh1: Wienberg really hit it on the head with his last post; there isn't much for me to add. The foreground is clear, but the background isn't--at all. You need to look closely at the avatar in order to figure out what's going on back there, and even if you do spend the time you don't get much out of it. The avatar is also plagued with grain, both in the foreground and the background.
Cleaning up the background would improve the avatar a great deal.

Dork: Generally, I'm not a fan of small avatars, especially since you tend to lose a lot of detail and clarity. However, this is one of those rare instances when the small size (lengthwise) doesn't detract from the avatar's quality. This isn't to say I like the small size; I get the impression the top and bottom of the avatar has been cut, which makes me want to know what I'm missing.
Of course, on the other end of the spectrum, the smaller size lets you have a heightened emphasis on the eyes. Ultimately, the small size really doesn't have an impact, because it adds just as much as it subtracts from the avatar.
The image is of a good quality; there aren't any problems with the clarity that I can see. The colors are dull, except for the eyes; they are quite outstanding. However, the eyes do seem a little messy: as if the red is spilling out of the pupils. Upon closer inspection this isn't the case, but at first glance that's what it looks like.
Overall, it's a pretty good avatar.

Dork:
Hmm...Widescreen. That reminds me of a certain Junior (well, now Senior) at my school...
I think the widescreenesque style to this avatar adds a lot to it. It draws attention to specifically the face and the blowing hair rather than the whole head (because you can't see the whole head). It emphasizes the emotion (sadness?) on her face. The style forces you to look into her eyes, and possibly feel what she's feeling. It's one of the few avatars that captures emotion. [vode]I like the emotion. HH[/vode]
Overall:
8.7/10

Wienberg: It's Padfoot version 2.0, and I must say it's much improved

. My comments on the color and the lighting still stand; I love the dreary atmosphere. In your previous avatar, one of the problems was the apparent contrast between the different shades of grey; this has been greatly reduced. Granted, it's still present, but it's not as pressing a matter as it was before.
I can't see how you can improve the clarity; some might argue it's too dark, but I think the brightness (or lack thereof) is very fitting. I think it really comes down to your opinion on that, however.
Overall, an excellent avatar. Again, it's much better than its previous incarnation.

Neet picture, no color no problem.
8.99/10 because of grainyness.

Metal Gear: Oh dear...where to start with this one? I suppose I'll start with the major issue: the extremely poor quality. There's just no getting around it with this image. It's very grainy, and very blurry. The size really doesn't help much, either.
This avatar would definitely better from improved clarity. Untill then, however, there's not much more I can say.

GK Version 1: All ph33r Skeletor.
I'd love to stop there, but I need to be
slightly objective.

The animation is pretty good. A little abrupt during the looping, but it's not so obvious. The big killer for this avatar (like most others) lies in the quality. This is some pretty poor quality. Blurry, lots of grain, lots of moving grain, all adds up to a pretty ugly picture.
Yeah, animated gifs tend to be pretty tough to manage due to the filesize limit, but the image needs to be cleaned up.

That's fair, And I totally understand what you mean. When I first made the gif, it looked ALOT better. than I had to adjust it due to filesize.
But all considered, I think it's gott a pretty good score
Thanks XNE ^_^
