/10.NVWC2006: The quality is very good. Sonic appears to have 3 dimensions, and "The Big O" fits nicely. My only complaint is the horizontal size. It's too darn close to that left margin, with too much space to the right. If there was a way to shift it to the right, it'd be better. May I suggest creating a transparent 100x100 image in Photoshop or any image editting program, and copying your current avatar to the right edge of the image. Or, adding an even amount of black space on the left and right of your current avatar. It'd give it a better sense of center. Overall, not bad. 2.6
/10.Jonny Axehandle: You, too, have a high quality avatar. No or minimal grain to it, nice and clear. The only complaint I can lodge with it is that it is too zoomed out. You can't see all of it. If the smaller aspects could be blown up slightly, then you'd have something even greater. Even so, 3
/10.evanASF27: Nein did a good job with this one. Not you, but Nein. It's good. I actually would like to complain about the text. It draws my eye from the actual avatar, which is good. The only reason you don't get a perfect 10 is because of it. Still, it's good. Nein gets a 10/10, Evan, you get a 3
/10.Big_Venus: Too blurry. It could be a fine avatar, however it lacks the clarity. Additionally, It might work well if you added in a black border. Like 1px on each side. *shrugs* I'll give you a 2

), you could just resize your image with Paint and save it as a bitmap or GIF. If the size is too big (since paint doesn't allow you to save in JPEG format), just use one of those shareware converter programs. It's still a pretty good picture. I give it a 4/5.

Ah, my mistake, sorry. 
Lets see, its clear, the right size, and historically significant. I don't see any reason to give it anything less than a 4.5/5.

Alright. I got rid of that final frame. However, I can't find a better picture of Kerry. At least one that will size well for the avatar.
Now, onto some ratings:
Xineohp Nellaf Eht: Although I've rated it before, I haven't gone into detail. Alright, now, it is generally agreed upon your previous avatar was awesome, is it not? Well, this one really just catches the eye. It jumps out, even more so, because of the unusual colors. Hence, 10/10.
Silv3rKnigh1: I have to agree with XNE's criticism. The best thing with an avatar is that you can catch what is in it at a glance. Not with yours. It detracts from it. I'll give you a 1/10 for now, until you give me a proper rating that's objective, and then I'll give you your REAL rating.
Solitus: Hmm, yours is not too shabby. My complaint is that it isn't too clear, especially around the necks. Additionally, because it is a negative, you can't tell what it is without being informed. Overall, 8.5/10.
YoruameBaroness: I'm going to give you your number first. 9/10. The symbol on the flag isn't as clear as would be desirable. I liked the Red, Black, and Gold one better.
