Well, it origanally came from a picture that was a rough sketch of Brad which you can find here.

PaladinAlexanderAnderson: An interesting avatar, and probably one of the better animated ones. The effects are good, and the looping is perfect: it doesn't seem all that choppy, which leads to a more organic feel. However, the avatar does lose points because it's a little...well, plain. Moreover, the text is small.

Edited to add: looking over the avatar again, I noticed the quality isn't all that great. For example, during the animation, a few black spots pop up for a few seconds on the right side.

However, overall it isn't bad, so I'll rate it a 7.8/10.

Xel: Another interesting avatar, this one has some nice coloring (at least in my mind). Unfortunately, the avatar's quality doesn't seem the best: it's quite blurred, and that's only reinforced by the fine black border surrounding it. This is just my opinion, but I think the glimpse of the second face is a little unnecessary, but I won't detract points from that since it's entirely a personal preference.

Again, overall this avatar isn't bad: it deserves at least an 8.3/10.

Tony - Aside from the annoying [Adult Swim] logo that's visible in the corner, I think it's a pretty decent animated avatar. Better than most, I'd say. [8.0 - 10.0]

Well 7/10 is still good...also if you ever saw LupinIII (the tv series) then you'd know it isn't really THAT great in color. The movies are really friggin awesome though (CG and all).

Nein - It's nice, but it's a bit too red for my tastes. 8/10

Seraphim: A nice screencap, but that's about it. For the most part, it's fairly clear, though I can just make out some blurriness (particularly on his left cheek). Other than that, like I said before, it is a nice screencap, but nothing more: the avatar appears plain to me. It doesn't do anything extraordinary, apparently there has been little actual tweaking done to the image itself. While this isn't necessarily a bad thing, the level of commoness detracts from the overall picture, in my opinion.

Nevertheless, it's still a fine, moderately high quality image. For that, it deserves around an 8.2/10.

It's accualy from the extended ending of the animé, I didn't know there was anything past the loop that AS always plays......But I think that it's eather hissing at Vash playing Majong (Sp?) or is about to pounce on the tiles.....I haven't seen the full ending so I don't really know....

Big_Venus: Not a bad picture, but it is painfully blurry: the quality is pretty poor. Furthermore, the colors are bland, but being as that's the nature of the original image (as it is a screencap from Trigun), I can't really penalize it on that. The only comment I have is, again, to improve the quality and get rid of the blurriness.

It ranks a fairly low 7.4/10, in my opinion.
