Darkside: Nice Big Venus avatar, but that's to be expected from R.Smith. Very clear, and the shiny teeth is a nice effect. Though one of the tile grains a little during the sequence.

Volt: One of these days I'll understand those avatars, but for now, I'm just gonna go with what I see. Its nice good colors, no fuzzyness, and its got the strangest being I have ever seen inside it, it definately rates an above-average 4/5

Big Money: Ah, finally a mobster on the forums I've seen a picture like that before, thats Al Capone's Mugshot, right? Well its a good idea, and its a good pic, but its very fuzzy and the uploading quality is a wee' bit low. If I can help I'd be glad to do so, until then I give it an average 3/5, but with a little bit of cleaning it would rate an easy 4/5.

Manji: I'm going to rate your Roger Smith avatar. If there's one thing I like about your avatars, it's the unique lighting. I love it, I really do. And in this avatar, the lighting is perfect. Even better, the avatar is extraordinarily clear. This is an amazing avatar, I can't find anything wrong with it.

0/10 (0/100): ****. I cannot lie. This is the worst avatar I've ever seen. Little or no effort given.
1/10 (10/100-19/100): Disgusting. It isn't the worst avatar I've ever seen, but it ranks pretty far down there. Little or no effort given.
2/10 (20/100-29/100): Horrible. Pretty bad avatar. It's really choppy, the qualitiy is terrible, and it isn't unique at all. Little effot given.
3/10 (30/100-39/100): Poor: Very, very sub-par. It's really choppy, the quality is terrible, but it might be unique. Little to some effort given.
4/10 (40/100-45/100): Sub-Par: A little below mediocre. It might be somewhat choppy, the quality might be really low, and it might not be very unique. Little to some effort given.
5/10 (46/100-55/100): Mediocre: An average avatar. Most of the default avatars fit here. The quality might not be the best, the avatar may not be very unique. Some effot given.
6/10 (56/100-65/100): Fair: A little above-average. Some of the default avatars fit here. The quality isn't the best, but the idea for a good avatar is there. Good effort.
7/10 (66/100-75/100): Good: A solid avatar. The quality is above average, the animation is good, and/or the avatar is unique. Good effort that pays off.
8/10 (76/100-85/100): Terrific: An awesmome avatar. The quality and/or animation might bring it down a little. However, the professionalism is there, and a great effort!
9/10 (86/100-99/100): Excellent!: An excellent avatar, hampered by a few minute problems in quality and/or animation. One of the most professional avatars I've seen, and a great deal of effort put into the avatar (and it pays off!)
10/10 (100/100): Perfect: The perfect avatar. One of the best I've ever seen.

Pheonix: Well, I'd say it looks a bit more like Tucan Sam, but I guess I can see how you'd call that a Pheonix Its very colorful (Fruitloops...) and is a cool picture, I give it a 4/5, gotta love those pheonix's

1/5 (Needs Immediate Improvement) This avatar should be replaced immediately, and deleted from your hard drive, this ones a scrapper and has no chance of being redeemed.

GAT-X105: I don't recognize the character in that picture, but I do know its from Megaman, and that its nice and glowy It clear and you can definately tell whats going on, so I'm gonna give it a 4/5, Good Job!

Very nice animated Lain avatar dawnstrider....give it 9/10...just because the green light beams kinda make it a little awkward in some shots...for clarity

Good pic, a little low on clarity but that's undertandable from a shrunken movie still. 8/10.

EDIT: To everyone who asked, yeah, this one was made by Vathios. He does some excellent work.

Phoenix: Sorry, but that's a really bad avatar. The phoenix is good, but the animating is extremely choppy, and the phoenix moves oddly, and the background does as well. 4/10

Almasy: Very, very clear! He's from Gundam SEED, right? Well, despiet how much I hate all the Char rip-offs in the Gundam universe, it's very good. 9/10

Byranx: Well... I don't really know what to say. Not sure what it is... and it looks a little shrunken.. so, due to lack of clarity, I give it a 5/10

GAT: Very cool! Did you draw that? If so, it's even better. The only problems are the color of the paper and the lighting, but otherwise it's a very nice avatar! 8.5/10

Do I Still a crappy avatar, Volt? I don't think it was very nice to bash R.Smith's work on my last avatar though...he did spend quite a bit of time on it...

Anyway, on to rating avatars...

dawnstrider: A beautiful avatar, Vathios did an awesome job. I love the lighting, and the gif is nearly flawless...it is a little choppy at the very end of the gif sequance, but it's hardly noticable (I missed it at first glance! ).

I'll give it a 9.6/10 (96/100).

Almasy: Another great avatar! Very clear, and the background is quite interesting. I don't see many flaws at all.

I'll give it a 9.2/10 (92/100).

Byranx: The background is beautiful, but the shadow is a little hard to make out. It's fairly clear other than that small problem.

It earns an 8.8/10 (88/100).

GAT-X105: A hand-drawn avatar, I presume? (Also, presumably from Vathios?) Nice! I have a lot of respect for those who spend a good deal of work on their avatar. The drawing isn't too shabby, either. Sure, the background isn't the best, but it's paper...and drawing a respectable background can be a bitch, I know.

It gets a very, very solid 9.2/10 (92/100).

Volt:Well, the avatar is clear...I'm not a big fan of it though (personal preference). However, I'll strive to be as unbiased as possible...

Great avatar, it deserves an 8/10 (80/100).
