Yeah, well I suck at eyes and Paint isn't exactly ideal for CGing. -_- I'm working on a new one right now.
Anyway, I give yours a 7.5/10, because it skips at the beginning/middle/end/somewhere, and it's a little fuzzy.

Mr.?: I like it, even though I don't know who or what that is. The quality is pretty good, and the image is fairly sharp.

GAT-X105: Wedge, right? Great picture, from a great movie.
Though the quality could probably be a little (nay, a lot) better, I understand the limitations placed on avatar size, so it doesn't detract a whole lot from the picture.
It earns a solid 8.4/10 (84/100)
Name of God: Here it is, another round of impressive avatars. Your personal avatar, with Schwarzwald rising on Big Duo...very good, I like the picture, though Schwarzwald could probably be a little more clear..and the white background subtracts a little from the "completeness" of the avatar.
Still, I like it, and I'll give it an 8.6/10 (86/100).
Your Schwarzwald avatar is aslo qute good, and fairly unique. I like the style used. However...I don't know, maybe it's because the bottom of his face is cut off, but I feel like it could be a bit better.

Name of God- I like that Schwarzwald picture without any defining lines as the head, for some reason it reminds me of a pyscotic gumby, but while it is fairly origional, it doesnt have anything else that makes it stand out above most of the other Schwarzwald Pics., so I'm gonna have to give it an average 3/5

I can't get over the fact that it's SO clear for a jpg! How did you make it so clear?? (whenever I make JPG files they're kind of blury, so I usually use PNG). Anyway, Great job!

Believe it or not, I'm amazed myself, I reworked the lighting perphaps that cleared it a bit
And yes, its from FLCL, its Kitsurubami

Almasy- Thats a very clear pic, and the slides are seamless, Great Job! 4/5!!!
Kite- Good pic, and its slides are also done quite well, thought the shortness of his movements make the picture seem very repetitive, I give it an average 3/5
evanASF27- Another seamless GIF, this is crazy! It's a wee' bit grainy, but at least you can still make out Zenigata
Nice job, but It only holds up a 3/5 due to the grainyness, I do give it some points for origionality though, gotta love pops

I don't really know who Mentok is...but he's kind of weird looking, and I don't really like him...
However, your avatar is pretty clear (a little fuzzy), and I love how the eyes and the "M" glow!
