Super Umino,
Quality of current image is very nice. The clarity is nice, and the color contrast is good. The only problem with it is that there's no border. Other than that, a very nice avatar. I give it a 9/10
Quality of attached image is very good as well. Clarity seems to be nice, and the color contrast works well. Again, there's no border, but that is based on personal reference. I give it a 9/10
Wienberg,
Quality of image is very nice. The clarity is very well done, along with the color contrast. Although it's not really a person or anything, it's still a very nice avatar. I give it a 9/10
Mistress-Samwise (seeing as I already rated The Fallen Phoenix's avatar a while ago),
Quality of image is very nice. Clarity is pretty good, and the color contrast is good as well. I like the expression on Black Jack's face. Overall, a very good job. I give it a 9/10
OK... I have created 2 new avatar. Since there are 7 days left until I become a Forum Veteran, I figured I'd make avatars of the size 115x115. Here is the first one:
The next one is a redone version of the avatar I have now. I have read some of the suggestions here, and this was the result:
Please rate both my new avatars. Thanks.
Later,
Trisa

Trisa:
The first avatar is very nice. Clear, bright, and grey border goes well. 10/10
I like the second avatar alot too. Brighter than your current one. I like it. 10/10
Beth- Um, what is it? It's really small, and grainy. 2/10

Trisa: (The First Avatar)
Image quality, as far as I can tell, is perfect. Contrast is wonderful, grain is non-existant, the entire image is in perfect focus...nothing to critique here.
Saturation, too, is perfect. The colors are very vivid and really jump out at the viewer. The background color (the red, at least) works wonderfully...I'm not as big of a fan of the green corners, however. They don't really add anything to the avatar, and can be a little distracting...nevertheless, they don't necessarily take anything away from the avatar either, so it doesn't really matter what you do (or don't do) to them.
As I've mentioned several times before, I love the lighter borders...while it's not perfectly distinguishable here (particularly on the left edge), it is noticable (and I suppose that's all that really matters). I like the shadow effect on the lower edge...makes the border stand out a little more.
As a whole, the avatar is excellent. I'll let the rating below speak for itself...
Clarity: 10/10
Originality: 8/10
Color: 10/10
Stature: 8/10
Objective: 9/10
Opinion: 9/10
Overall: 9

Trisa: (The Second Avatar)
I'm tempted to just say "see above" for the critique...image quality and coloration are both perfect, as far as I can tell. I love the changes you made to this image...it definitely looks a lot better than the one that is currently your avatar, and I think removing the yellow tint went a long way in improving the overall stature of the image.
The border is a lot more defined in this avatar, on all sides...the only exception being the upper edge. Doesn't really matter...I suppose I only mention it because I need to critique
something.
Like the other avatar I rated, I think I'll let the rating below speak for itself.
Clarity: 10/10
Originality: 9/10
Color: 10/10
Stature: 9/10
Objective: 9.5/10
Opinion: 10/10
Overall: 9.6

EDIT -- Never mind. After looking through my posts, it seems I never did rate his. Sorry about that, Fallen Phoenix.
Quality of image is very nice. It's very different from the other avatars I've seen. The colors are very nice, and the clarity is very well done. The border adds to the avatar, and I like the white light in the middle. Overall, very well done. I give it a 9/10
BethMcBeth,
Quality of image is OK. There are a few problems, though. First of all, it's very grainy, and it's hard to tell what the image is (although I do know it's an image of you and Tony.

) Next thing is that it's too small. Perhaps if you make it 100x100 somehow, it would look better, in my opinion. Overall, it's OK, but could use some work. I give it a 7/10
Sorry I don't have a new avatar for you guys to rate (had to answer FP's question, after all

), so I'll just post the two images again here:
It seems no one answered Mistress-Samwise's question...

RogersGirl, 4/10.
Trisa (first avatar), 9/10. The quality is great but something doesn't seem right about the background. I think it's the colors.
Trisa (second avatar), 10/10. I can't find a problem..
FP, that's really nice. 8/10.
PB: Looks like it's an image off a security monitor. Cool!
9/10.

GAT- This is easily one of your best avatars ever. It's practically flawless. The level of detail is spectacular, it's extremely clear. The only drawback would be that it's borderless, but I feel this avatar pulls it off without a border perfectly fine.
Rating: 9.9~/10 (For those who know math out there, is that 10?

Wienberg: Spreading web of corruption?
I'm going to come out and say that I think this is one of the best avatars on the website...I love it, I really do. The image quality is just about perfect...the focus is marvelous, there's no grain to speak of...the clarity is perfect. The proportions in the avatar are also perfect...although the figures are small, one can immediately tell what they are (and who they are, if one has ever seen Once Upon a Time in America (and if one hasn't, one should)).
A very original image...a welcome departure from the usual avatars depicting anime characters, people from movies, people from games, and the like...I don't think there's an avatar quite like this one used by anyone else.
The color is perfect...I love the gold tint, it really adds to the dreamy nature of the image. The light border also frames the image perfectly...
Overall, there are no flaws that I can see; I do not hesitate to give this avatar the first perfect score I've given in quite a long time. An excellent job!
Clarity: 10/10

Color: 10/10

I noticed FP used Wienberg's border color for it unless I'm seeing things... However, it fits very well.
While I can't argue the artistic quality of the avatar, I STILL think Ginny's right eye (Her right) is too far upwards on her face (YES I know you didn't draw it FP).
Hmm... 9.2 of 10. Simply because it disturbs me greatly when I consider the context.
X Prime I love the colors 9/10

Ebie: A rather poor usage of the negative coloration, if you ask me. It detracts from Ms. Spear's appearance (ie. You can't make her out). Also, the white background doesn't work, at all.

Wienberg....that avatar would be completly random if your sig didn't match...so....(even though I like random things...makes my world a bit more exciteing....) it is better when there is some bases on the "story" of the avatar...well, without further adue....
9/10 (the colour is very nice by the way)

Actually, xana, my avatar is sorta random, but it is grounded in something. It's actually a scene from the Sergio Leone's Motion Picture Once upon a Time in America. I suggest you see the film, as it is good but is not very well known at all (when it first debuted in America, people hated it because they didn't understand it). That's the scene they use for the cover of it.
Anyway, on to your avatar.
It's awfully small. I would certainly expand it to 77x100 pixels. (It may be 78x100 pixels). That would resolve that issue.
However, there's a lot of grain in the right center of the avatar (Right side, in the streak of white). That certainly should be resolved, too.

Almasy.. a very clear pic, though there is some black on the top part of your face, I am going to assume it's shadow? though one who knows not a lot may assume it was smudge or something, the little borders work too..
