Thanks!

I like yours, too, GAT! Is it an action figure of a Gundam? (And, out of curiosity, which Gundam is it?)

I just made this one of Big Fau. Although I say it myself, I really like how this one turned out. I think it's one of my better Avatars.

It's a 1/60 (read: BIG) model of the GAT-X105 Strike Gundam from Gundam SEED, which just finished airing in Japan! Coming here soon!

And yours, awesome picture of Fau! Sweet, I might just steal it!

Default goodness, 8:10.

Here are five avatars I've done in my spare time.

Comments appreciated! Big Grin

They're all pretty good, but each one suffers from a grainy or choppy texture. You should either save them in a different file format or use a tool like Gaussian Blur to smooth out the edges. But all in all, I suppose they're decent.. though, the Pero one scares me.

Here's my neon yuna.

Didn't rate my work again, huh? Hah, thanks asshole.

Donatello
I don't like it. It looks like it was drawn on a chalkboard, and the text is barely readable.

Geez you might think it was possible to put something up without reading all the earlier posts but i guess not. Well anyways i give yours a 7/10.
And the text is supposed to be graffiti, and as you probably know, graffiti usually isn't readable.

From now on, if you do not rate a person's avatar each time you post in this thread, you'll recieve a warning

This thread is not called "Rate Donatello's Avatars." So, unless you want a warning, you'd better rate everyone's work from now on.

I give your avatar a 9. I don't recognize which show it's from, but it's a nice, clear shot.
Donatello007 10-05-2003 08:03 PM
Are you talking about mine or kalisto's? Mine is from Final Fantasy 10.

And so as to not get in trouble w/ kaliso, i give Almasy an 8/10. There is just something about it that i am fond of. I'm not quite sure what it is, whether it be the sharpness or what.
Lady Tesser 10-05-2003 08:04 PM
I love yours, Zola. I have it for my wallpaper.

10/10 (I'm biased, yes)
Almasy 10-05-2003 08:32 PM
NOTE: I think from now on when I rate someone's Avatar I'll post a picture of the one I'm rating (since people change their Avatar's so frequently)

Kalisto:

Although I don't know who it is, there's just something about this Avatar of yours that I really like! It really catches my eye each time I scroll up/down a page and see it. The basic colors in it (oragne, white, and black) work really well together to make a strong and bold (but also, in a way, soft and soothing) combination that really stands out from all the others! I also like how that character is depicted---serious, with a hint of sadness, as if in deep thought (I really like those types of moments!) The picture itself is very clear, and I like the fact that the character takes up the whole Avatar, rather than just one part of it.

Overall, I'd give it a 9/10. (I took off a point because the picture is a tad pixely around the character's jaw-line at the side). Other than that, great job! Smile

Lady Tesser:

I think that's a really cool idea (It's a female version of Roger Smith, right? Smile )! Didn't someone a while back make a topic about what the characters would be like if they were the opposite sex? I guess that's where you might have gotten the idea from! (obviously Embarrassed Sweatdrop ) Well, I think the drawing itself is great! (Did you draw it yourself? If so, nice job!) The only thing is that it's kind of pixelated and there is no background of any kind (though you might have wanted a plain white background, so no offense). Overall, I'd give it a 6/10 for a great idea and great drawing! Smile

Mmmm...Angel...pink jump suit...Drooling

Err..what I mean is, I like the delicate blende of colors in your avatar! It also has a good size and its very clear..yea thats what I meant!
Zola 10-05-2003 09:40 PM
I was speaking of Kalisto's. I recognized the Final Fantasy one Smile

I love Lady Tesser's too, although when I went to reverse Paradigm, I almost spewed my coffee all over the computer when I saw the Beth Gold pic Smile

The quality is kinda low, but the choice of picture easily makes up for that. Nice work, Zola.

I'm liking those Angel avatars, Almasy. Each one is very clear, and suprisingly the large, white border works well with them. Can't find any complaints with your stuff.

Pretty cool but it is a little blurry and grainy. Considering that i say 6/10 but if the quality was better i would have to say 8/10
