Well, as a person, who only uses broadband at work and has dialup at home (I'm using dialup at the moment), and is a graphic designer/web designer, you have to think about your overall audience. I see the subtle differences and I understand but on here, these are for show.

We aren't doing anything beyond looking at them. If we were using them in a video, doing a high quality printout, or using it in a piece that was being printed on a printing press, then yes, I would want the greatest thing you could give me (I'd want an EPS or a TIFF (without compression) not PNG, personally). But, and I am generalizing, most people don't notice the difference or it doesn't really matter to them.

Personally, I don't have much problems with JPEGs (most high end stock photography place still use them). You get the greatest loss when you resave an already compressed JPEG. And I tell people to look at the image not at the file size or the compression.

But those are my two cents.

PNGs are only about twice as big as Jpegs depending on the picture itself. I just found out you can save Jpegs loselessly with PSP8, but they are then much bigger then PNGs.

The proffesions image guy I used in highskool for my state project used TIFFs and Targas. Which are nice image files, but the get exponentialy big very fast depending on teh size of teh image.

For the second pan, I did a *tiny* edit on the female stautes. All I did was erase the nipples, also I went a little over board editting the picture's clearness in general...
