Season 3 Discussion

Pretty much anything prequel or before the 1st or 2nd season would be nice for me...the long 3 year wait was difficult in that I wondered what happened after the 13th episode...but surprisingly, I was content with the 13 episodes as a whole. When I found out the new season was coming, I got excited. The ending has concluded things for me well enough, so Im hoping for a prequel that explains the original event(s) that took place. History can be a very interesting thing when explained right....

i say 13 eps for seaon 3, not 26,

but seeing how much stuff they put into the last few eps of season 2, they might need that much

i dunno, just gimme an art book or something

I think 26 is too much as well...keep it within the 13 episode time frame...even less...if you can pull it off...no reason to keep each season set in stone with the amount of episodes if you can pull it off....

What I would like to see is 13 hour-long episodes. What with commercials, opening and closing credits, we only get about 20 minutes of show anyhow. If it were doubled to 40 (or even 45!) there'd be time for both a standalone and a continuing story.

Thirteen episodes, one hour each (or about 45 minutes of story time).

Yay! New boards are up on adult swim. Apparently they are attempthing to clean it up.

It seems alot more customization options. You can't bump threads but you can bookmark them so they go to the top.

It was a thread I made in the "show suggestions" section suggesting they make a season 3. Well it got deleted.

I heard a very vague rumor that they had made mention of a season 3 on a b/w and that one of the swimmods mentioned a confirmation of season 3.

But I have yet to see any proof and have no reason to get my hopes up yet.

Well, they always refer to it as the "season finale" and not the "series finale." So you can take heart in that!

So our current situation is CAN make a season 3 if they want and they are just on the fence on wether or not they should go through with it.

I totally agree with you i want a season three as much as anyone else, so i hope adult swim does have season 3 to clear things up.

IF there was a Season 3 they should go back to where it all began, who created the Megadeues? the androids? The Domes? what really happen 40 year's ago that cause people to loose their memories? is Paradigm City is fact New York? think about it,

that would be a cool idea but i would rather see a conclusion to the big venus incedent and now that big fau disappeared right of the map you can bet thers going to be alot more than only 4 bigs mabe 5 or 6 hopefully 7 more bigs and i look forward to dat. How would they start season 3.... ummmmm.... would it start off right befor big venus deleted them all?? or would it start from the very beginning with an differnet act title or what...
