what I do is have the pic in MS Paint then say "save as..." and choose "JPEG File Interchangable format"

That's it, I'm tossing out my plan to cosplay as Dorothy.
(Actually, the Dorothy cosplayer looks stoned, not old. It's the make-up - too much clown white.)

Yeah, she does look stoned, and fat, kinda. In fact, everyone in the picture looks fat. In animes, everyone is mostly skinny. Hmm.
