As long as the material is ment in comedic jest and is not ment as an insult to the character then you have nothing to worry about.
If Dorothy could act freely on her emotions and had access to the Acme inc. weapons department, this may not be that far from the truth. Of course Schwarzwald would be the middleman for such a deal involveing explosves of that nature.
