Actually, it is pretty big if you click on it. It is Internet Explorer...
Try the following steps:
1) Click on the picture to get the high res version.
2) Place your cursor over the pic.
3) In about three seconds, you will see an icon appear on the right-hand side of the picture, click on it.
4) The full sized version will appear.
5) Enjoy.
