I cut it out of this one pic that I have. It has a render of the front and back of big o, with a nice generic shot of roger.
If Big o is 200 ft tall it would look like this:

If Big o is 30 meters tall it would look like this:

EDIT:
Maybe its a miscaculation but the official japanese site says 30 meters

So how big would the Behemoth be if Big O were 200ft? (Pretty big I would guess)

Considering I estimated it to be about 400 feet high compared to the 95 feet Big O, a 200 foot Big O would make Behemoth about 800 feet tall.

Don't we have a rough way to guess the size of the Big O by comparison with Roger's height?
After all, we see him hopping in and out of the cockpit in several episodes.
Make a rough guess as to the size of that compartment based on Roger's height, and use that to measure the rest.
Then everyone can argue about how the animators messed up the scale.

It's like one of the ongoing debates among the Star Wars fans...in the movies, if you compare the Super Star Destroyer to the regular Star Destroyers, it seems to be about ten times their size. But the "official" size says that it's only half that. Which makes no sense whatsoever, as we can clearly see IN THE FILM how big it is.
IF you take Big O and scale it relative to Roger's height (as we see him standing on the exterior multiple times), it comes out to 200 feet tall.
If it's 95 feet tall, that means that everyone in Paradigm (including Roger) is a midget.

ELEVEN MILES!!!!!!!!!! I have a patch for X-Wing that makes it the right size, but in one mission it eats up another ship.

Hmm. Doesn't have quite the ring of "Munchkin Land," but I think we can work with it.

I've discovered the true nature of Big O.
It the Wizard of Oz with huge robots and no dumb witch crushed under a house...but Vera did get crushed by some stage lights and she looked like a witch...hmmm..I'm a genius....
