:: The light turned green. Roger punched the gas and Dorothy hit the back of her seat. ::
"Can I drive next time?" she asked
"Absolutely not." Roger said, not taking his eyes off the road. Not only was someone bleeding all over the back seat, the Griffon still had dents in it. ::
:: Roger punched the brake. Dorothy's head slammed into the dashboard and she cursed at the top of her lungs. ::
(( Just a throw-in post. Just had a mental image of Dorothy hitting her head and yelling. Now to make Roger laugh or cringe. Hmmmm.... ))

with schwarzwald in the oldman's shack...
Schwarzwald(finally waking up): what...what happened..
Fina: you just fainted...what were you dreaming?
Grandfather: Oh it was the past I'm sure...
Schwarzwald: hmm?
Grandfather: Was it about megadueses?
Schwarzwald: yes... they were... they were destroying the world... someone was commanding them... I'm not sure who.
Grandfather: well thats from 40 years ago... hmm.. I suppose you rembering what most people couldn't...
Schwarzwald: what? whay cant they?
Grandfather: there was a certain event 40 years ago... noone knows what had happend... but what ever it was... it was about to destroy whole cities.
Schwarzwald(a image of the archtype flashed in his head): megadues...
Fina: I think I should go to the city agian... I need to pick up some supplys.
Grandfather: you becareful. Always something going on there.
Fina: I know... Schwarzwald would you like to come with me?
Schwarzwald(thinking for minute about what he had just seen): err.. sure..
::both walk out door::
Grandfather(says to himself): are you the Black Forest or the boy schwarzwald?
Meanwhile...roger finnally gets to the mansion...
::dorothy puts Dr. Voskov's limp body on the couch.
Roger: hmm... dorothy... he said you had images in your head... do.. did you see anything else?
Dorothy: Well, I did see big omega... but it was... torn apart.
Roger: torn apart? Thats strange... if Jefferson created it... who keeps re-building it?
Dr. Voskov (finally waking up): someone... someone who knows what will happen... who has gained memories of his own.
Roger: Are you alright.
Ro. Voskov: I feel a bit dizey. But other wise nothing strange... next... big... you recall the 3 prisms right?
Roger: yes..
Dr. Voskov: Well... those prisms are part of a soul... an entity that needs no body.... it exists... thats all...
Roger: Are you sure your head is not a bit clouded?
Dr Voskov: ....anyway....this soul is soul to the megadues... Big omega...
if..if it feels the need.. it can take over it self... just kill the passenger and go out on its own rampage. It is a ... Mortal God I guess you could call it... well.. Atleast the body.... for centuies... it has revived itself by implanting memories of how to build it into worthy humans... wach time a different person attempts to piolet it... each time they die... each time omega goes on its own... each time... you black megadues ends up just barly stopping it... and each time... that picture dorothy saw... the thousand megadueses will clean up all evidence of it without killing anyone... they are gods street cleaners.....
Your megadues, roger smith, is i beleive guardian 1...these guardians are used to i suppose stop the enemy from destroying all agian and agian... I... I have seen guardian 5... it is oldly like the archtype... it was killed by meggito himself...
Roger: what?! by himself?
Dr. Voskov: he has... strange powers... I suppose big omega though he was worth or such and gave them to him... well.. that or he has lived though more than one turning..

END TRANSMISSION
Isaac’s gaze left the computer monitor, having absorbed at least ten gigs of information in less than a minute. He turned to look at Angel, still sleeping on the floor. She was okay, he could tell. But not from his processors, scanners, or data, he could feel that she was all right.
Isaac could concentrate on decoding and examining all of this information later. Right now he needed to get Angel somewhere safe, she was being hunted after all. “Roger’s mansion,” he murmured out loud to no one. She would be safe there. Isaac picked her up…
Meanwhile
Meggido sat in the control chair. All around him was Big Omega. It was no longer a mere machine, now it was becoming what it truly was created for. Now it was a weapon of God! A weapon of Megiddo, the Angel of Judgment!
The three scientists observed Meggido. “Yes, he has entered it. No, he still remains ignorant. It is all ready, after the resurrection it will come. Ensure that the Nightingale is ready…then…it will be released!”
Meanwhile…
They gathered, all ten of them. V was late, it had suffered terrible damage. But that didn’t matter anymore, individuality was to be discarded. They gathered together, under the city…all ten of them. Ten pure white Archetypes, each with a symbol of heaven emblazoned on their chests. The guardians understood what they had to do. They understood the sacrifice that they would have to make. They would become Big Zeta and call out to the pilot. He would command them and use them to stop Omega. But they had to hurry…
Meanwhile
Dr. Voskov had fallen unconscious again. “At least he’s not bleeding all over my couch,” Roger muttered. But that was just to drag attention off…he didn’t understand what was happening…a Megadeus that commanded itself…that whipped humanity off the Earth every once in awhile… It was impossible, but it was now. Roger shook his head. “He’s wrong,” Dorothy murmured. “What? How is he wrong?” Roger asked hastily. “If Big O was a Guardian…then it wouldn’t be here, it never would have the power to stop Big Omega if it was just a mere Guardian.” “So you’re suggesting that Big O is something more?” Roger deduced. “I don’t know…” Dorothy hesitated, “But let’s talk more about this when Dr. Voskov wakes up. Would you like to see your gift now?”

With schawrzwald and fina walking in the city...
Schwarzwald: So were are we going?
Fina: well first we should get you some new cloths... people are staring... You don't want all that attention do you?
Schwarzwald: I thought they were just plain ignorent.
Fina: You keep saying that these people are bad? But yet you still don't remembermuch about yourself... don't you think you could be one?
Schwarzwald:...well... I just... Mabey i was one... but... but I still don't like the people... they... they just don't care for human life... other than thier own atleast... Too many of them shoul--
Fina: STOP! please... stop saying that... your turing into my mother...
Schwarzwald(with a worried look on his face): what?
Fina(looking unusually sad...campared to her odd chearfulness): She didn't like anyone in the city either... she kept arguing to these people to help the poor... they killed her for that.
Schwarzwald:... im sorry...
Fina: no..its ok... I don't really like many of them either... but please...
don't go out killing or anything like that... just... just stand up to it.
Schwarzwald: What about your father.
Fina(a long silence): I ran away... i don't know what happened it him.
Schwarzwald: what was he like?
Fina: he was very quiet... he rarly talked... he cooked cleaned and everything... he said he did it get his mind away from something. He never told me what it was.
SChwarzwald: when was this and how old was he than?
Fina: it was 5 years ago... he was about 45. but he might of been older... he took good care of himself.
Schwarzwald: hmmm...
meanwhile in rogers mansion...
Strangeman( after 15 mins of not moving): uhg.. what.. what happened?
Dorothy: you colapsed agian.
Strangeman(touches his wond): Hu... Iv.. I have never been dizzy before... loss of blood? ...no... that just can't be..
ROger: what can't be?
Dr. Voskov: nothing... I just... mabey the injection has some long term side affects... There were a few before... its nothing...
ok.. I left off..where?
Roger: meggito having powers and omega... being alive...
(gah not strangeman) Dr. Voskov: ok lets see... guardians... yours it guardian 1... I .. I dont know abuot the other guardians... But there are ...or have been... atleast 5... they might be model types but i don't know... this is the first time iv learned about these guardians....
Dorothy... you... you are a nighengale...
Dorothy: nighengale?
Roger: That man... Soldano(I think thats the name of the old funky dude who dies in episode 1)...he called you a nightengale...
Dr. Voskov: I think there might be only one... so "a" is quite in appropiate... unless im wrong... that god of yours works in strange ways... I think you dorothy have something that can be used to power megadueses... or stop/awaken big omega.
Roger: that leaves ..quite a few options...
Dr. voskov: be quiet paradigm dog... im telling the story..
Roger: hu...
Dr. Voskov: anyway... issac... he should know some things himself... I mean he was created by my master( midevil term.. like aperntice.. not slave or like that). Atleast I hope he knows... I don't want to put up with this "savior" for too long.
Roger: savoir?
Dr. Voskov: yes.. you poilet guardian 1... and it LETS you... it has saved you from that R.D. character..
Roger: how do you know about r.d.?
Dr. Voskov: ehm.... errr... nothing of your concern roger smith!!!
Roger(with a suspisoius look on his face): hmm... ok...
Dr. Voskov: well.. umm... yes... well of course you can't do it alone... i suspect dorothy has a part also... But i DO know this.... your curage alone can't save this city... these people... these people you protect... have to shape up thier attitude... fools... they take nothing seriously... they leave the poor out in the cold... the poor endup burning thier houses with anger and steal all thier goods... and the process repeats untill THIS event happens agian... and agian... and agian... every time these fools just barly make it... they ONLY UNITE OUT OF FEAR!! FEAR OF THIER OWN LIVES!!!! They should all die....(suddenly he hacks up blood and begins to choak) *cough cough*
Roger(runs up to him): hey whats wrong? hey HEY!
:: and dr. voskovs bandages begin to flame and fall off... and his white smooth head begins in become hot and blacken... and his wound... half way down his head::
roger: DAMN IT!!!

Angel felt the consistent movement, and opened her eyes immediatly, finding herself in the arms of the fast moving Isaac. With out her concious, she looked down, seeing the city below as Isaac lept from building to building. She panicked and threw her arms around him, holding him tightly with the fear in her chest.
They were after her.
She was the next target. All of it seemed so unrealistic. If she was such
a secret weapon, why did Paradigm want her dead.
... how could she be a Nightingale though ... it boggled her mind to beyond extent. Did that make her an android? Or ... not completely human? Even with what the answer could be, it still managed to make her frustrated.
Jerked back to the actions of the present, she wrapped her arms tighter around Isaac's neck, her breathing heaving against his humanoid neck flesh, her heart beating of her chest, pushing herself closer into him out of fear.

In a clothing shop... schwarzwald had just picked out some cloths...it..it was the exact same thing he wore before... except not as tattered..
Schwarzwald: Do... do you think your father may have remembered... remembered the event 40 years ago?
Fina: I'm not sure. I mean... mabey... but how? No one elce has.
Schwarzld(a flash of the strangeman((to him))flashed in his head): well actually... I... I think i recall someone remembering... he seemed pretty nervous...ummm... OH and there was this man named meggito... he... he took something from us... it was very important to that strange man... and... and an archtype...
Fina: what a minute? what is an archtype? who is meggito? whats going on?
Schwarzwald:...i...i don't know but i think it's something i sould know... I ... I need to know the truth....(suddenly images of his life flash in his eyes...)
(refer to teh schwarzwald 1st appearence in the media section of the homepage.)
Iv lived my life as a news paper reporter...
I uncover the truth and write my articals...
But than i learned... all too well.. That a mear reporter like myself can't ever get to the truth in this city... It's mearly impossible...
and its unsure.. no one here is even interested in learning the truth...
A truth that must be known...
But I want to know...I want to learn WHAT MUST BE KNOWN!!!
yes...yes i remember... thank you very much fina!!! ... my name used to be michel seebach.... But... But i now exist as schwarzwald...
I will always remember you!!

Fina(says to herself): i.. i... seebach?...seebach.... do... do i know you?

Isaac continued to leap from building to building. Angel stirred in his arms and grabbed onto him more tightly than before, she must have woken up. She hugged herself tighter, he could feel her breath against his neck. Isaac felt something creep over his face…a smile?
Isaac forged ahead, he could already see Roger’s mansion. Suddenly, he felt a shattering pain in this right ankle. Isaac stumbled forward, letting go of Angel. She fell to the ground and starred in shock as Isaac grasped at his shattered ankle.
Alan Gabriel laughed as he dropped the sniper rifle to his side. He had just shot that android in its ankle. “So much for high quality,” he laughed, leaping over to the building that Isaac and Angel were on. “Time for me to take care of you, you naughty kitty cat, and your little android friend as well!”
Isaac stood up defiantly. “You will not do any such thing!” he shouted. “Isaac! Be careful! That’s Alan Gabriel, he’s not an ordinary human!” Angel warned. “Now, now, little kitty, don’t spoil all of the fun!” Gabriel taunted. Isaac pulled up his fists and gingerly stepped back on his damaged ankle. “Come on…”
Meanwhile
Dorothy stared in horror as Dr. Voskov’s body was devoured by the flames. The fire didn’t spread as it covered the now fallen immortal. Maybe it was symbolic in that way. Roger cursed, he had been hoping to learn more about what was going on. Instead, he only had more questions now.
What was this Nightingale? How did Voskov know of R.D.? What was the truth behind Meggido and Big Omega? And what was the extent of Isaac’s knowledge to the situation? All of these questions shuffled through Roger’s head in a jumble.
The flames died out, leaving behind nothing more of Voskov than just a pile of ashes. He had said that he was immortal, just like Schwarzwald had said of himself. What was it that could fell someone who was immortal? Or maybe they weren’t immortal. Roger wasn’t sure what was right…
Meanwhile
The ten drew together, bonding themselves into a single entity. The ten guardians combined themselves, forging their body into one… Come to us…Come to us… they called hauntingly. Ye, who were chosen by V, come to use… Ye must control us… Ye must stop Omega…
Meanwhile
Meggido sat within Big Omega’s cockpit, staring into space. Deep within his mind was memory that wouldn’t stop playing… “I didn’t create it for this!” “But I will use it! I will become God!” “I won’t let you…no matter what!” “You cannot stop that which you created…your ultimate creation!” “Just watch me! There is another! Just as there is Omega…there is also Alpha!” “Alpha will never work for you!” “Not for what I designed Omega for, but it will work for this!” “You will save that which you would have destroyed? What a hypocrite!” “I didn’t make it for this! But you can never become God as long as you lack the Nightingale!” “Die! I will destroy you! I AM GOD!” “Never…you will never be God as long as I can stop you!”
“What is this memory…” muttered Meggido. “It cannot be mine…so how do I have it… It makes me doubt…NO! I cannot doubt! I must have faith! Big Omega…Megiddo! I shall complete your legacy!”

(( Quit looking at me like that! This was Sherry's idea to post a sad sequence. ))
:: Dorothy turned her back on the burning body and looked down at the floor. What was this new emotion...sadness or fear? She couldn't tell which. She looked up at Roger. Hey eyes were watery again. ::
"Roger. Help. I don't understand."
:: Roger looked up at her as she took a slow step toward him. ::
"Nightengale? I...I'm to confused. What's a nightengale? And why..."
:: She looked back at the fire. ::
"Why did he have to die...help me."
:: She shed her first tears that night. She let her head fall and she cried. Roger was looking at her with a mix between sympathy and confusion. Dorothy sat herself on the couch and put her head in her hands, sobbing quietly. Roger was looking down at her with the same look, and the dead body was still ablaze. Dorothy wished she could be an android again. If being whatever Isaac had made her into, she'd rather have died. Roger sighed and looked down at the floor. ::
"I don't like being what I am now. I want to be emotionless again." Dorothy said.
:: Rogers head snapped back up. ::
"Don't say that." Roger said.
"I want to be emotionless again. Maybe I could end this all if I were to give everyone what they wanted and be killed. I've caused enough trouble existing." Dorothy spoke, very slowly and twice as sad.
:: She stood up. ::
"Help me." She said in a choked whisper.

Roger looked at Dorothy, tears streamed from her eyes. She had said that she wanted to die, not blatantly, but she had still said it. Roger didn’t know what to do. What could he do? “Comfort her?” the thought ran through his mind, “No, that wouldn’t work, I can’t comfort her…” But what could he do?
“Don’t say that, Dorothy,” he said. Something hinted within his voice, he had choked a little. Dorothy stared into his eyes, tears streaming down her face. “Don’t say that, Dorothy. Don’t act as though your life is meaningless, because it’s not…” Roger said, fighting back some sadness of his own. “Help me…” she continued, “What’s the point of me being alive?” “Dorothy, don’t fight to search for meaning in your life, but everyone has some meaning. You’ll find it…”
Dorothy continued to cry, “I don’t want to be…whatever I am…I want to be an android again, I don’t want to have these feelings…” “Don’t say that…” Roger protested, realizing that he had started crying also. He stepped over to Dorothy and hugged her, like she had done to him in the tunnels. “Dorothy…don’t say that…don’t be this way…I won’t let you…” “Roger…” she murmured “Dorothy…”
It felt as though he had a veil over his eyes lifted. For the first time in God-only-knows how long he could see clearly. “How could I have not seen this before?” he thought, “How could I have not realized?” Their eyes met, a moment that seemed to last an eternity. “I love you, Dorothy,” Roger said. “I love you too, Roger,” she answered. Their eyes held together, and their lips met in a kiss…

Isaac pulled up his fists and gingerly stepped back on his damaged ankle. “Come on…” |
Angel's anger was bursting in her chest. A feeling she hadn't expieranced since her teenage years. She stood up, slipping off her heels, and walking nylon-ed foot to Isaac and pushing him gingerly aside, in careful foos of his injured ankle. She walked towards Alan with her mind still in mere panic of what her plan would be to distract him from Isaac. She was desperate. She found herself willing to do anything for an android.
Nix. He was more than just an android to her now, and she knew it. She walked to Alan, a smirk growing on his face, as he directed his hurtful words towards Isaac.
"Oh, well isn't this quaint? The little kitty is attempting to become a saint and redeem herself, Isaac. Pity she's only making you look like a pathetic .. android," Alan rolled the word 'android' with teasing and Angel could see the anger plot of Isaac.
Alan turned back to her, smirking still, "You've commited too many sins to ever be redeemed, little kitty," He said, running his finger across her cheek.
And then she had it. She grabbed the collar of his pin stripe suit and pulled him to her, laying a kiss on his lips, the revolt building in her throat as she attempted to keep her stomach where it should be long. In the moments, she brought up her knee, and dug into his stomach, knocking the wind out of him, and pushing him backwards.
She ran to his knocked down body, and got down on her knees, one of them pressing down on his chest, imobolizing his thin body. She reached her hand up her skirt seductively and pulled out a small silver gun from her garter. She turned back quickly to Isaac, who was watching her in pure shock.
"Forgot to tell you about this one," She shouted, with a shrug, turning quickly back to Alan, pressing all of her weight on his chest, his breathing rapid, and the gun inches from his face.
"I suppose sadistic charm was never your taste, Alan, but it's mine, and I'm willing to push the limit," She growled, running the nose of the gun down his cheek and to his throat.
"I finally have use for this line, thanks to you," She said, jabbing the end of the gun toward his throat.
"Feeling lucky?"

:: What was this new emotion? Roger pulled apart from her and opened his eyes. His eyes were moist too. Dorothy waited a second before opening her eyes. She was dreaming. Not real. Even though Roger was still a little teary, he grinned sweetly at her. Okay, somewhat real. Somewhat. The question was...what now? Should she say something? Now, another emotion, but she felt this one when the police were nearby. Nervousness. What was she going to say to Roger? Should she kiss him again, or just stand there and wait to see what Roger did. Maybe it would be easier if she just walked off without saying anything, but that would be rude. Also, that little bit of kissing cheered her up, and she wanted more. Wanted it like a six year old craved candy. Still...Roger wiped a tear out of his eye and looked at her still grinning. ::
:: Damnit. It was good to be whatever she was. She smiled. She meant it. ::
"Thank you."
:: She hugged him. ::
"Thank you. I love you. Thank you."
:: She was now crying out of happiness about what she was, even though she was nervous. She hugged him tighter and smiled into his shoulder. ::
"I needed to hear that. I love you. Thank you."

Norman walked into the Mansion after collecting an odd package that he had seen lying on the cool grass outside. Seeing it addressed to himself, and not to Master Roger, sparked his curiosity.
Norman had very few things he could call his own. His sole purpose, stretching as far back as he could remember, was serving The Big O and its Dominus, Roger Smith.
Rain...pounding rain...
Norman walked through the halls of the Mansion, lost in thought.
Lightning...slashing across the sky like a knife...
He glanced at the return address.
'Good heavens...'
Arumbego Caelum's shouts, drowned out by the roar of the Heavens...
Norman threw the package unto the sofa, and stormed into the kitchen, oblivious to his surroundings.
A shadow stretched over the group. The caster stood high and proud, an Agent of Heaven, a Chariot of God...
The Black Megadues loomed above them, and its eyes flashed a pale gold.
"We have succeeded! We have finally succeeded!" shouted Arumbego, as he wrapped his arm around the youngest member of the group.
"And if it wasn't for you, Berg, we would never have done it!"
Memories rushing like a running stream flowed into Norman's head. How could anyone forget that name? Or what had soon followed...
"Berg...it is all wrong. We spent years on this project...we spent blood, we spent sweat, we spent twelve ****ing years! And now, as it is all completed, I won't hand this project over to...them..."
Norman turned his gaze towards the floor.
"But Doctor Caelum..." he mumbled. "Surely, they must have had a reason? I am sure he just wishes to use the Megadues to..."
"To destroy, Berg! To carry out his own selfish dreams, just like all Men! Well, I will not stand for it! Berg...we've worked so hard...I should be riding the Chariot! I should be the one with the power!"
"Doctor...what are you saying? I thought you said Men should not..."
"You're right, Berg. Men should not have control of such power. But Androids...they are the true masters. Lacking all emotion, acting purely on rational thought! The true evolution of Humanity...discarding emotions and everything else that is impractical and uneccessary!"
"Doctor...you are not an Android...you are a Man, just like myself..."
Arumbego began to laugh. A cold, hollow laugh.
"Berg...it will not be so for long. For you see...there was another reason why I was so determined to finish the Megadues project. You see...I did more than give the Megadues a concious mind. No...I gave the Megadues a specific mind...so that, when the time comes, it can do what must be done..."
Norman's mouth went dry. A cloud passed over the moon, removing what little light was left in the alleyway.
"You mean..."
"YES! And Norman, now, even when I am gone..."
Norman felt his body shaking. He wanted to hurt this madman standing in front of him...what he had done...the act of a Man, it could ruin everything they had worked so hard for...
Norman took a step forward, then hesitated. Arumbego had pulled out a gun, and pointed it at Norman's face.
"Berg...I can tell by your expression, that you do not believe what I have done is right, and I respect that. However..." The scientist brushed a crimson strand of hair out of his eyes and behind his ear.
"I cannot allow you, with what you are now aware of, to interfere with my plans. I am sorry, old friend...but I will remove the one thing most precious to you, what you had prided yourself on above all else, and what ultimately helped us succeed in our endeavors..."
The sound of the bullet echoed throughout the alleyway. The cloud passed, and moonlight shone down from the full moon.
Down on the man who had been reduced to a cyclops.
Down on the man who had lost an eye.
Norman placed a hand over his eyepatch. Finally, he remembered it all.
The three Agents of Heaven marched through the flames, through the ruined city.
The three Bigs...the three Megadueces...
The dream of a mad scientist...to exterminate all of Humanity, to let Androids and other mechanical...creatures...seize dominion.
The Black Chariot...pulled by those ambitions...leading the other two out of the Age of Humans and into the Age of Machines.
The winds carried the flames into the skies, for all the world to see...
For there is nothing that can stop the Agents of Heaven...for God...a Man's distorted view of God, that is...had decided on the next stage of Evolution of the World.
And Norman watched the carnage with his one remianing eye.
He watched...for that was all that could be done.

He stared ahead solemnly. A man with long, black hair and sad, blue eyes. He stared. But this was not a man. No, he was merely a computer program, designed to be a certain person. That person, no he, had made this Megadeus. And now he was ensuring that it would not be corrupted.
Walking over a virtual grid work of ones and zeros he searched for his quarry. “Where have you escaped to now, Golgotha?” For over forty years he had been fighting this rogue program, preventing it from ever managing to control the Big.
How long had it been now? How long had he been within this Megadeus? He had stopped counting the years after Five hundred. It had to be at least nearly a millennia by now.
Before it had infected the Big the program had called itself a doctor…Dr. Arumbego. But that had been cast aside now, his true identity revealed. The man knew it was Golgotha the moment it had infected the systems. He could never forget Golgotha…not after all that had happened… It was because of Golgotha that he had done this, created this version of himself to safeguard the Big.
“There you are, Golgotha…”
Meanwhile
Lightning crackled across the sky, and heavens opened up, unleashing a torrent of rain. Angel pressed the gun harder into Alan Gabriel’s throat. She hoped to hear him gasp in fear, plead for his life, like so many others had done when he had them in this situation. To her surprise Alan just folded his hands behind his head, as though he was relaxing, and just laughed. “Little kitty starts purring and then show her claws when you try to pet,” he chuckled as though it were the funniest thing in the world.
Isaac slowly walked towards them. He was impressed at Angel’s feat, but when she had kissed Alan Gabriel he felt something. What was that? He didn’t know, but it was a feeling of possessiveness. He had felt angry when she kissed him, but there was something more to that anger as well…
Alan continues to laugh like a madman. Angel growled in frustration, “What’s so funny?” Alan laughed even more, “Why you, my dear little kitty.” Isaac narrowed his eyes, he didn’t like what Alan was doing.
It happened in an instant. Alan Gabriel bent back his legs and hooked them around Angel’s chest. He laughed for less than a second and then forced her off of his chest. In a single fluid motion he grabbed Angel and pulled her own gun to her head. “Bad kitty, its time for you to punished, and that android too.”
Isaac stared on angrily. Alan Gabriel had acted far too fast for him to be able to do anything. Now he was holding Angel at gunpoint. Rage built up inside of him. “Let her go!” he yelled. Alan just laughed his head off. “Now, now. You should play nice, or I might hurt the kitty,” he chuckled. “But I might give her back…for a price that is.”
Isaac tightened his mouth. He had to save Angel, but at what the cost? “Fine, what is your price?” the android asked. “Your memories,” Gabriel laughed. Isaac was silent, he had to save Angel, no matter what. Even if it meant giving Paradigm his memories…
“…If that is the only way to save Angel then I’ll do it…” Isaac said. Alan smiled. “Isaac, don’t be stupid!” Angel shouted. “Now, now, kitty. Don’t stop your little pet android from doing what he thinks is right,” Alan warned. Isaac closed his eyes and pressed his fingers onto his temples, causing his disc driver to eject. He took the CD from the driver and closed it. “Alright, give me Angel.”
“Isaac! Don’t give them the memories!” Angel protested. But her cries couldn’t stop him. “Put the disc on the ground,” Alan ordered. Isaac obeyed. Alan Gabriel shot out his wire hand and grabbed the CD. “HAHAHAHAHA! Be glad little kitty, that this android loves you enough to sacrifice the world!” Gabriel laughed. He shoved Angel forward and leapt off of the building, laughing all the way…
Meanwhile
Meggido was on the floor of Big Omega’s cockpit. “No…these memories…I don’t want them! They can’t be real!” The memories screamed inside his head… “Wake up…I must wake up! This can’t happen…this is what they want to happen! I must wake up! I cannot let this happen!” The memories would not give up. “No!!!! Leave me! I don’t want these memories!” Meggido fought to suppress the memories… “No! I must wake up…” The memories faded…

Angel fell forward on her knees, her hands on the wet pavement, her head bent as she kneeled in horror. It all happened so fast that even her head was still spinning. She had Alan right where she wanted him, she could have shot him right then and there. And she hesitated. And in the moment of hesitation, he had turned the tables and taken her prisoner. And making Isaac give up his memories for her.
Damn Alan.
Damn android.
Damn Angel.
Alan had said "love" "android" and "you" in the same sentence, but she was positive she had heard him wrong. An android can't love, can it? Can he? In all the world, it didn't matter anymore. He'd given up his memories. Would he remember her? Would he remember that he didn't entirely want to kill her as he did before.
She shook her head, sitting back off of her knees, too nervous and scared to look back at Isaac. Her thoughts were going to quick to put anything into a complete sentence.
She got up and ran to the side of the building and looked down for a trace of Alan, but there was none. Her anger was built up, and she swore loudly.
"God damn you, Alan!!!" and then she stopped. God. There is only one God, and people are not ruled by their memories.
She turned around, to find Isaac only a mere few feet from her. She panicked, looking at him.
"Isaac? Do you remember me? This shouldn't --" but she broke off.

Isaac’s eyes stared ahead blankly. They showed no spark of life, no spark of thought. He was dead to the world. Angel was silent, staring at the android. He made no move. Angel stared back at Isaac.
“Isaac, please, can you hear me?” she asked. He refused to respond in any way, continuing to stare ahead. “You idiot…” she sniffed. “Why did you have to do something this stupid? You gave away your memories, yourself, your identity. Just so that you could save me…” Angel sniffled a little. “Damn you Alan Gabriel!” she screamed into the night.
The rain fell even harder. Angel continued to cry. “Damn you Isaac…why did you have to be so stupid…you’re nothing more than a lifeless shell…” More tears fell down her face. “Why did you have to be so stupid?” Angel felt a hand gently wipe away the tears. “Huh?” She looked up at Isaac, he smiled.

Angel looked up at him in shock. What was this? Her heart was pounding and she was freezing and soaked from the rain, but she managed to continue to stare feebly at Isaac.
She sniffled, feeling stupid, yet full of confusion.
"Isaac?" She stuttered. She swore to herself. She was stuttering again, and it was infamous how much she hated it.
She was angry still, though. For her irresponsibility. If she would have just finished off Alan Gabriel, Isaac wouldn't be in this state. But he reamined standing there smiling, and Angel found herself confused, only staring back at him.
She laughed some, bringing up her hand to wipe her tears, only to have it grabbed by Isaac's.
She looked up at him suddenly, and her eyes opened wide.

With trembling hands, Norman took the package. He placed it on the dining room table, and stared at it for a good while.
Beams of energy shattered the domes. The three Agents of Heaven spreading chaos, suffering, and annihilation, throughout the city...all in the name of a single, flawed ideal.
Norman unwrapped the package.
A man stood before him. Although his back was turned, Norman knew who it was. Long, crimson hair cast a shadow over his face, and rested on his shoulder tied into a messy ponytail. Obsidian eyes, devoid of any semblence of life, stared into the cold, moonless night. A black cloak hung from his shoulders. The man turned his head to look at Norman.
"Berg..." he whispered.
Lying within was a a piece of parchment, wrapped up as a scroll. Lying next to the parchment were two small disks, the size of Norman's hand.
"Doctor Caelum?" Norman responded. He took a step forward, gazing into the coal eyes that were still apparently devoid of feeling.
"Berg...have you ever wondered what it would be like...if you could turn off your emotions? That you could stop feeling?" Arumbego said, his voice still a whisper. He turned slightly towards Norman, and the young man could see the doctor gripping an object in his right hand.
"Berg...I have nothing left," Arumbego continued, as he opened his hand and let a diamond ring fall to the ground.
"Nothing but this project...to create...an Agent of Heaven."
A cool wind pierced through Norman, chilling him to the bone. He wrapped his trenchcoat more firmly around his shivering body.
"Doctor...what are you talking about?" Norman asked him. Arumbego closed his eyes and sighed, a smirk forming on his face.
"Berg...you are one of my best students...and you are also one of my closest friends. I thank you for that. I have a proposition for you," the Doctor said, his voice barely audible.
Still staring into Norman's eyes, Arumbego could see the confusion etched on his face.
"Berg..." Arumbego continued, "I have been asked to head a project...a danbgerous project, one that may never be completed...and I want you there, by my side. You may be young, but unlike others, you never let a single detail get past you...your vision is great, in that not only can you see everything as they are now, but as they will be as a result of your choices..."
"But Doctor," Norman interuppted. "You are giving me too much..."
"No, Berg," Arumbego replied. "I am giving you too little credit. Someone who works as carefully as you do...I need you for this project...it must be completed..."
Arumbego dropped his gaze, his eyes staring at the ground.
Norman saw what he was looking at...the ring he had dropped earlier.
"I'll do it, Doctor Caelum. You can count on me."
Norman picked up the disk labelled "Dominus." This was a disk he had seen only once before, lying on the desk of Doctor Caelum. A disk that no one other than the doctor had ever seen, and now it was in the butler's possession.
"Good heavens..." Norman mumbled, as he took the contents of the package and made his way to kitchen.
